Mid-Range Game 42: The Auction of Lord Winsting
Jo and the Bush replied to Jo and the Bush's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Winsting is a Smuggler/Impersonator/Stalker/Renowned/Bodyguard/Bartender/Escort. Yet he can only take one action per turn. -
Mid-Range Game 42: The Auction of Lord Winsting

A few people have asked this, and I know I clarified it earlier, but I cannot find nor remember my decision, so this Clarification overwrites previous Clarifications. Extortionists only change the primary target of their victim. This means that if an Extortionist (Player A) targets another Extortionist or an Impersonator, the Extortionist only changes who their victim (Player B ) targets (Player C), not who their Victim (Player B ) choose to be targeted (Player D). Example: Impersonator Wilson has Alvron vote for Mailliw. Extortionist HemaHead makes Wilson target Straw. Wilson now moves Straw's vote to Mailliw. I hope this clears things up. -

Nope. There is no puppetmastering in thos game. That is too powerful an ability. Assumin you're asking how many times a Gmbling Bleeder would need to get lynched, it would be twice. -

7 am watching watching watching watching watching mad watcher hadnt watched this many peoples die so quickly since the last time she told locke that people were calling him lockey. it was quite fun! and it meant there were lots of free unattended drinks calling out to her. it was fun to try to match the drinks to the bodies on the floor. the nice yellowy lemony one almost certainly belonged to that fiery conner that telina shot. there was a drink she had been wanting for a looooong time. it was red with a white cream and a green liquid that looked like lighting caught in it. the bartender variel made it for julius right before he died, and it was the last one mad watcher wanted before she could vamoose! but julius wasn’t putting it down! no matter how long she watched, jules just kept it on her table while she talked and talked and talked and talked and talked and talked and talked and talked and talked and talked and talked and talked and talked and talked and talked and talked. mad watcher was done with it. so mad watcher stole qwerty meep’s drink and left a note that said “hahaha, i stole your drink! love, julius.” mad watcher sat back and sipped her sucky drink and watched as qwerty started yelling out julius. by the time she had finished her appetizer, they were punching each other and rolling around on the floor. so she ran over and stole the drink. it was delicious! and that meant her job was done. she hurried away into the corner of the room where behind a shelf of nutella she had carved a tunnel through the wall. she gave the room one last glance to make sure no one was watching, and then was away through the tunnel. she needed to go find some other things to watch. she had heard that there was some funny business going on among the twinborn community of elendel. welcome to the 7th hour! the sun is in the sky, there are literally no hints in this writeup, i’m just having fun. remember when karnage and flogs were in two different places at the same time in one of these writeups? shard of reading was lynched! they were a constable smuggler! little wilson was ‘killed.’ they were a criminal impersonator/gossip! tj shade was killed! they were a pinch hitter of dot, who was a criminal gossip! awake players: 10 votes required to disperse the party: 6 vote count: reading (7): bugsy, detess, devotary, experience, megasif, xino, kynedath xino (4): matrim, sart, reading, tj shade dispersal votes (0/9): player list: -

There is not an inactivity filter in place. I'm still looking for pinch hitters. -

The_Archivist. His last post in the game was two hours after Turn 4 AM started. -

That, is also correct? uhh, I don't know what is going on anymore. There were exactly 3 inactive players in turn 5, and exactly two players escorted. At this point I don't know who made an error where. -

Players who are roleblocked stay home. Stalkers visiting them see them just staying home. Also, uh, turns out there are 21 living players right now, not 20? So only 2 players were escorted last night. And the night before. My bad. (Also we've had 5 full turns already, how are only 9 of you dead. Pick up the pace.) -

There are no hints in the writeup. Doing accurate writeups with hints is too restrictive, i just write whatever. i'm getting better! Yes. If they scan a person twice, they are guaranteed to get both roles. -

6 AM Lady Telina Maladroi finished tying off the wrap around Xino’s hip, and rested back on her knees. She grabbed another clean rag given to her by Julius, and wiped the blood off her hands, before going back to staring at Constable Pyro. He was talking with Lord Laborn, Matrim and Qwerty again. All were talking about finishing off Xino. Was Xino the Faceless Immortal hunting them? She eyed the young lord up and down again, but he appeared just as wounded and human as he had the whole time she had been treating him. He wouldn’t be killing anyone tonight if he was an immortal. “Shard, Reginald, Silber, Sart.” The four men turned away from their private conversations, crouching around Xino, Julius and her. They moved quickly, without complaint. “I think Constable Pyro has outlived his usefulness. Do any of you disagree?” The men looked at each other, and one by one, shook their head. “He’s playing us against each other.” “Indeed. I need a gun.” She looked around, but none of them offered one. “Do none of you have a gun? Or are none of you willing to use one?” Silber shook his head slowly. “I’m not willing to risk killing a constable if there’s a chance they might escape. It would be the end of me.” The others nodded. “Why didn’t you bring a gun Telina?” She grimaced. “I tried to shoot the Immortal during the initial gunfight. I’m out of bullets.” Xino, laying bloody on the ground, pulled a bag off his hip. “Here, my reloads. I ain’t shooting any time soon.” Telina nodded, and began clicking bullets into her empty revolver. “If you won’t help me, just stay out of my way.” The men cleared out of her way as she stood, and began walking towards Pyro. As she leveled her gun at him at took aim, he started. Pyro whipped around to face her, eyes wide and mouth opening. His yanked his own gun out of his holster and fired one panicked shot into her arm before her own bullet put out his eye. He hit the floor at the same time as her gun. She clutched her bloody arm and swore. “Julius! Get me more rusting rags! Welcome to the 6th Hour! The sun is starting to rise. Your carriage drivers are probably getting Antsy. Also, I am looking for Pinch hitters! Detess was attacked but survived! Pyro was finally Lynched! They were a Constable Stalker! Awake players: 15+ Votes required to Disperse the Party: 9+ Vote Count: Pyro (5): DeTess, Experience, Kynedath, Sart, Silberfarben, TJ, Xino Sart (0): Wilson Xino (3): Bugsy, Matrim, Pyro, Reading Dispersal Votes (0/10): Player List: -

Feel free to go read MR20. The village spent the whole game looking for an Elim team, and getting more and more confused when no dead elims showed up, until there were only two players left, and the Spiked Mistborn revealed they had each allomantic ability. There were some items floating around as well. That was LG2, which started with only a serial killer Inquisitor, who could convert Villagers by spiking them. -

There wasn't an elim team, just a serial killer who had 9 actions. So yeah. -

Hmm, I think that will count as two bets, so you'll have to bet two items. -
Long Game 66: A Struggle for Power

I think it would be more fun for the village to be able to win while dead. But that does mean that if all players die, the village still wins. So maybe not? -
Long Game 66: A Struggle for Power

The Kandra and the Village can theoretically win together if the last villager and the last eliminator die at the same time while the Kandra lives. According to your rules. -

The last time a game like this was played, Araris found 3 beads of Lerasium, ascended to preservation, and won singlehandedly. That was not supposed to be possible in the rules. =P -

Hype! Also, I am currently taking bets on which faction will win, and on when the game will end. Does anyone want to enter either betting pool?
