Just thought of something, are the nightwatcher and Cusicesh broken? There is talk in the forum that these two are like the stormfather, and if this is so, could they be the ones ruling (over the Spren) and the stormfather is currently the one still doing his job in ruling? This was kind of a spur-of-the-moment thought and wanted to see where it will go. Edit: Now I know it is "3 of 16", but do we know how many big Spren there are? Axies says a few but does he mean a few = 3 or a few = not a lot but enough to be noticed?

I don't think that just because you have a shard and god like powers doesn't mean the people of the planet will consider you a god. Also it says "ruled", so maybe it is him, but then, are they talking about him ruling the voidbringers? Who was was ruling whom? And it will still be interesting to know who is the broken one who is still ruling.

I really don't think that Odium was one of the three gods. I just do not see anyone worshiping hatred. I also don't think that he is the broken one. if he is, what about him is broken? the only shard/god that I know would be broken would be Cultivation and she would be broken emotionally because of the loss of Honor, who she seems to care for. I would really like WoB or even WoP before I accept that Odium was one of the three and/or is the broken one.

I kind of wish pattern was real and next to me, he could probably figure this out while I stare at the maps with a blank stare and drooling. Or maybe rocking in a corner mumbling "all these squares make a circle" because my mind has broken. Edit: quick question (and little hint help) is it on WoK Roshar map, Shadesmar map, map of Shalan's landfall, or WoR Roshar map?

Nexus of transition and nexus of imagination. What is it about these two areas that make them use the word nexus (a connection or series of connections linking two or more things.)? And what is the meaning behind naming them transition (change) and imagination (kind of speaks for itself)? BTW, these two places are on the Shadesmar map.

If I had a good enough printer, I would print out 2 full maps of roshar, cut out the water parts and see if I could make it fit like a jigsaw. It looks like if you take off the major part of Jah Keved, Alethkar, and the Frostlands and flip it upside down, it would fit in the Reshi Isles.

I am not sure if this is answered already or not. If not, and anyone going to this signing would kindly ask, my question is: "Three of sixteen ruled, but now the broken one reigns" Is Odium one of the three? If not who is the third? Is Odium the broken one? If so, how is he broken? If not, is it Cultivation (broken by her loss of Honor)? or could it be the third (if the third is not Odium)?

I don't know how to word this properly but here goes. Allomancy = Preservation, Hemalurgy = Ruin, and Feruchemy = Preservation + Ruin. Theoretically, Before he was killed and his shard shattered, if he were to go to Scadrial and invest his power into it, would there be an additional 4 magic systems? Honor, Honor + Preservation, Honor + Ruin, and Honor + Preservation + Ruin? Do they choose whether their magic systems combine or does it just happen? Hopefully this question is understandable.

In the "Words of Brandon (compiled)" it was stated that you could form a Nahel bond with more than one Spren. Maybe one becomes a blade and the other becomes a plate? But that just seems too simple. Maybe one of the orders with progression "grows" it? But that also seems a little too simple. Hmmmm. -

as per the norm, i will cast a no vote on this first day of elimination. Raubber stared down at the fresh dirt of Cyrus's grave. "rest well friend, we will all be joining you soon, for death comes for all men in the end." from behind he hears a commotion and decides to head towards it. commotions these days mean that someone has died, and he had a job to do. Walking up to the crowd, he hears Dryrii's name and sighs. "move aside people, let me get this job done." I guess i should start digging my own grave as well, he thought after writing down the measurements. When one seeks vengeance, he should first dig two graves. I will find the ones who are doing this, but it will surely kill me in doing so. I am so tired. sorry, just got "The Complete Alcatraz" yesterday and i have decided to only enter this game from my computer so that i can use the nice and friend repy options i can't access with my phone. Edite: grammatical errors fixed... hopefully

kind of a weird train of thought but can Feruchemical aluminum heal a limb severed but a shardblade? don't be afraid to put this down hard if you think it is a stupid question. I'm typing this out and think it is stupid. kind of grasping at straws on how he could heal a wound from a shardblade without using stormlight. -
Sorry for being late to the game, i didn't do anything but eat and read, work and read, drive to work, and sleep since WoR came out. finished it last night. Raubber slowly walked to the scene in front of him, the dead never go anywhere, so why rush? he thought, reaching the back of the crowd. "move aside please," he said in his slow, morose tone. "I need to measure the body and get his grave ready. hopefully my shovel doesn't break, it's not good to leave a dead body around. It could spread disease. It is probably spreading disease right now and more of us are going to die from sickness." with that, raubber pulls out his measuring device and starts his work. whispering to himself "the end comes to us all, dear friend. the end always comes."

This might have been said, but I needed to get this down before I lose my train of thought. I think the whole Kaladin ordeal was amazing because it showed how easy it is to lose the Nahel bond, at least for windrunners. Journey before destination is very important, but the skybreakers also took that oath and it seems like a highspren would have allowed Kaladin to kill both Amaram and Elhokar.

Maybe there was another Lightweaver and they are more experienced than Shalan and they are helping Jasnah against these guys. just a glimmer of hope maybe?
