  1. :'( That's fixed. But I was hoping to see the cycle finish before I leave. Oh well. @Everyone: Welcome Aonar to the game - treat him well I'm gone
  2. In the Heights Why anything else but Hamilton
  3. Although it does say the 18th, which is in 24 hours.... But it says it's a 24 hour cycle, which would imply the 17th... And Gamma had been on, but now isn't, so...
  4. Rules seem to make it fairly clear that Warders will be paired with a Channeler, and Channelers will be paired with a Warder. If you were wondering about the Orlok death, appears his Channeler had a second Warder. Gamma said here that Channelers will only die if they have no Warders, and that nothing can stop the Channeler from dying after that. Doesn't look like he's posted, but he replied to my PM to say he didn't target you or Nyali N1.
  5. If they went with the plugin option, it's pretty straight forward to write in the description - the title of the spoiler is editable, and I think if they saw others do it, they'd get the idea fairly quikly
  6. Programming is basically a matter of solving puzzles - you have a toolbox of functions, and you have a goal for what your code to do - the puzzle is how to arrange the functions so that you get the functionality you need. Regarding actually learning, there's the question of what language to learn. JavaScript is probably as good as any to try - it's used in web programming (though can be used in other places too). You can find stuff on JavaScript in Silverblade's link to w3schools.
  7. I believe the new editor is the CKEditor, which has its own plugins .There is this one, although it hasn't been updated in some time, but that seems to be exactly what you're talking about.
  8. What are you like with puzzles and/or problem solving?
  9. Adding to what Mestiv said, it's certainly a skill I would recommend trying to learn and seeing how you handle it. Even if you don't study at TAFE or Uni or something, and don't do it for a full time job, it's the sort of skill that you can probably apply to other things you do, or even just give you a better understanding of how web stuff works, which can be useful in its own right.
  10. From memory, there was the idea of Gunshy having detained one of his allies N1, which you could have wanted to disassociated yourself with. Full disclosure - I would lean towards you being village as a general rule, but I don't want to ignore the fact that I don't think you have been "cleared" like others can be. Edit: And I've also PM'd Araris asking him that too
  11. I've also had a look at that too. There are 3 ways, that I can see, which could do it - a channeller blocked Nyali, a channeller mask of mirrors'd you, Bard, or you are lying about getting detained (or I guess Gamma didn't notify you). I have asked Gamma if he can confirm if Nyali's action failed because of you putting in an action, just to make sure the ruling hasn't changed between now and then, or something.
  12. Interesting. I had wondered if that's what you'd meant from what you said last cycle. It was one of the thoughts I had anyway. For the moment, I think, I'm willing to accept that, I think. And I believe I had an answer to your question - I asked Gamma a few questions after rollover, to try and make sense of things. I felt like Gamma had said before that if a Ta'veren redirects someone who didn't put in any orders would be told that their redirect failed. I double checked with Gamma, and he actually said that the redirect would be successful, just not very effectual. I think the idea that the redirect failing if the player didn't put in actions actually came from Bard, in this post, which was never corrected. Which then actually begs the question of why Nyali's action failed...
  13. @Argel Here is a user compiled list of the rep levels.
  14. @Chaos While I think of it, I'm slightly curious on your thoughts about the vampire emote. We don't exactly need a vampire emoticon, but I thought it was sorta cool Edit: @Chaos The other thought I had is it's possible that the emotes could have different names. I think that the HD ones are automatically recognized based on having the same name as the normal one but with '@2x' added to them. Did you want me to upload the full set too?
  15. Hmm.... So I'm slightly confused. Motivation-wise, it seemed unlikely that a Darkfriend would do something quite like that, just to get a whitecloak lynched, or to protect their buddy, if Rubiks was also a DF. I mean, unless Rubikscube was Fain. Which isn't impossible, right?
  16. What Calypso said. If you have any interest in writing, I'd recommend having a look - it's a great way of practicing creating fleshed out characters that fit into the world they live in.
  17. @TheMightyLopen Yeah, I checked, and there's 2-3 ways I can see that she could potentially prove it, I think. Also, I don't why she'd lie about it like this...
  18. I've had a look at the rules too, and I think that it's possible she could verify it. Let me double check...
