  1. I'm sure this is paraphrased a bit, as it came from a fan trailer, but: "All life is a performance, but we are not the performers. And the best performances are those that can only be perfomed once."
  2. Which "Heroes"? "I've Been Everywhere" by Johnny Cash, for Hoid. EDIT: "All the Madmen" by David Bowie, for Zane. It even has the line "Zane, Zane, Zane."
  3. Well, until I get clarification, this my offering: I will forge the room's soul and make it think it housed the entrance of a secret passage that leads far away from the ground into the wilderness, to be used by the nobles who lived in the manor long ago. I'd escaped after dinner and be far away before they thought to check on me again.
  4. A forger with a soul stamp.
  5. Being a Coinshot and winning every coin flip. Being an Awakener and tying my enemies shoelaces together. Due to the work involved, individually stamping all of my homework to be perfect.
  6. K for King's Wit (Hoid should appear on this list twice. J for Jakamov V for Vendetta. I mean, Vin.
  7. Vin, Elend, Blushweaver, LIghtsong. Mostly because I want them back, you son of a bitch. For people who might actually appear, Shai, Wax & Wayne.
  8. I use to have the talent to get dirty jokes approximately .3 seconds after I said something to show I didn't get it.
  9. Fixed that for you. Maybe it's too obvious to count as an Easter Egg, but Mistborn gives us the first mention of Adonalsium and hints at the 16 shards. And, if we're counting this, there's a slew between Misborn and AoL.
  10. I thought that was just a theory. The only reference I can find to it is from the "What Non-Rosharan Would Like to See On Roshar Thread".
  11. Hoid predates Shards and so does the letter recipient. Also, the Shards got to the Shardworlds some how. I think there must be someway of world hopping that involves magic that predates the Shards and involves magic we've never seen.
  12. Presumably, Scadrialian humans were created in their image. I can't answer the rest for you.
  13. Something like that.
  14. Probably not, but I meant Steris was like Sheldon.
  15. I don't know the protocol for about the excerpt chapter, so I'm going to throw this under spoilers and be vague until I can get some clarification: Assuming, no one in that bit is being intentionally deceptive, I think this theory as much I love it, has been debunked. At least without additional steps. I also don't think Steris is asexual, at least not truly. Remember, she gets around near the end of the book. She reminds me a lot of Sheldon, with her behavior and her 15 page relationship agreement. Not asexual, but awkward to the point that she is in functional terms.
  16. In the year 2025... If we are still alive... If this forum can survive... We may find...
  17. Tell me about the estate, please. I assume rich people live there? How old is it? What sorts of people lived there throughout it's history? What the surrounding land. Has it been politically stable or have there been wars?
  18. @TheRavenChilde: the rest of us might as well go home. You've won.
  19. Oh, I doubt there's a thriving market for it, but I doubt it's especially rare. People wouldn't see it as a corpse, they'd see it as a highly interactive doll. Let me try and put this in a way that's not too crude...Nope, I've got nothing. It wouldn't need fully functional reproductive organs to make it work as a sex too. I'm saying Bill Clinton could fine some use for one.
  20. Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's not cricket.
  21. I picture Harmony as behaving like the God Bender meets in Futurama. He's frequently at work, but in subtle ways.
  22. Ohh! I thought there might be more to it. Like the BioChromatic bit.
