    ever just not know what to do or think cuz there's too much? too many things i could think/believe, but they are all opposing or disproven/notgood though i still believe them for some reason, or ugh just

    edit: I've gotten kinda better/getting better at this, tho (knowing what to think/believe/etc.), and changing negative views (of myself)
