It literally makes me sick when someone uses he/him pronouns as the default.

"Oh, look at the dog! Isn't he cute?"

"Ok, I'll play this card, then attack with him."

"Look at the player. See how he moves too slowly?"

"Hey, did you see that driver? He was going so fast."

Just use it, they, or at least base it off of the artwork (if any).

Like, please.

And for people (like, random car drivers), just use they/them...honestly.

And at least they stopped using he/him everywhere, and have graduated to "his/her" or "he/she," which you gotta admit is still awkward and oh-so-binary. They/them works like a charm.
