Where do you keep all your writings? / How do you organize them?
I was keeping them in a document, but 130+ pages is just a lot, even with Tables of Contents for each day. It's just a little laggy. I'm considering one document, but different tabs (Google Docs does this), or just text files on my computer with folders and subfolders for year, month, day, and then .txt's for each story.
(Also I do double-spacing and have a heading title page for each day, and have wrote something almost every day for the past 2.5 months, so it's really like 65 pages double-spaced. Also, there are lots of poems, which are way less words (but more lines) than stories. So it's less impressive than it sounds, but I'm still proud.)
e.g.,
2026
|_ 02
|_ 15
|_ Story1.txt
|_ Story2.txt
|_ ...
|_ 16
|_ Story1.txt
|_ NameHere.txt
|_ ...
|_ ...
|_ ...
...
The above structure would likely apply too for the document. This issue with a doc is that it gets laggy, and also on PC it feels nice...but I have to use Notepad lol. Also, do I even separate by story, or just keep all stories in the same tab/file for each day?

i keep all of my separate projects on separate documents, and then i keep them inside folders and stuff. so like i have a folder for all of my writings, and then one project will have a folder with all of the drafts and stuff. at least, that’s ideal lol. sometimes i get lazy and don’t update stuff.
the tabs in google docs are also a great way to organize stuff, but longer documents will definitely lag.
