  1. Same here. I blame hell week.
  2. Emeralis00

    Gemmel?

From what I can gather, his story is the one included in the Mistborn RPG.
  3. My name is apparently synonymous with despair now.
  4. Considering I know more than thirty people with the name of Brandon (Not including Sanderson), I highly doubt it. They do not have similar personalities.
  5. My real name's meaning is "Whelp, or young dog" but it itself is based off of another word that means "dove". It is also used as a variant of another name meaning "victory of the people".
  6. I don't think bones themselves would be enough to keep someone tied to the physical realm, or pretty much everyone would be tied.
  7. 'emeralis' was actually a gift of my best friend. He made the name for me in 5th grade and I have used it ever since. The 00 is because some sites require a username with numbers in it, so I chose double zeros because 0 is the true start of the base 10 number system (don't let anyone tell you otherwise, they probably have never seen an array before ) and I was watching gundam 00 at the time.
  8. oh. Paperback. Thats an important detail there.
  9. I'm not sure what you mean? I bought my copy in Barnes and Noble. New.
  10. Reader. Stop. You keep posting under the assumption that I want you to merge into The Chronicles of The Oblivion Society. You never asked me, and I don't.
  11. Playing a lot of Galactic Civilizations II and Dwarf Fortress.
  12. Oh hey, I didn't notice there was a post. I should probably look at this. :3 EDIT: and I remember why I stopped posting. I need a reply to Jack's match
  13. Well, why are all the country boundaries jagged? COuntries usually make very smooth borders unless there is a natural marker such as a river. Also, here you go. http://worldbuildingschool.com/world-building-geography-by-brandon-sanderson/
  14. I would like to announce that lectures on Artificial intelligence are wonderful. Also, darn you physical limitations of silicon!
  15. Its kinda funny that people noticed this thread. Way back when I made it I had meant to put second heightening but when people began posting I was to afraid to change it. XD
  16. Probably that the 52 Straff mentioned was the amount of upvotes he had given.
  17. While it is possible that Adonalsium itself could have been sentient, shards themselves are not sentient. The sentience you are referring to is actually the holder of Ruin, Ati.
  18. died. The chulls
  19. Not bad, though I don't agree with the subject matter. It was a good read, if short.
  20. I'm really liking this theory. I'll provide a better commentary on it later, as I am busy at the moment. eventually.
  21. Burning atium also sends it back to Ruin, so if it is atium, it would have to not be burned.
  22. Is there a hemalurgic spike that steals speed? If so, what is it?
  23. Given 10 billion people and enough spikes I think I can match your single awakened shardblade.
  24. Just a point though, its probably impossible to awaken a shardblade. Too much investiture intereference. edit: spelling
  25. Hemalurgy steals that too. :3
