Harmony's agents defeated them not Harmony himself. He alone can't really do anything. The Shardic power scale is based on the power of Shards alone not their agents or armies (I think)

The entire time I've read the Cosmere I didn't think too much about the magic systems. heavy metal poisoning gives you superpowers, inhaling mystery glasses makes you fly: it's fantasy these things happen. I know there are laws that govern how the systems work and since I joined the Shard I've been wanting to learn about them. I'm definitely a beginner when it comes to this stuff and I was hoping to get a crash course in the basics of Investiture and the rules of magic systems so I can know how things like Surgebinding and the Metallic Arts work. I've read every Cosmere work but I hardly know anything about mechanics.

Most likely no. Spikes would be a very unsustainable resource for the reasons @MrHobbes343 listed above. Additionally considering most people in the Cosmere look down on Breath trading for moral reasons, I can't imagine how they would react to Hemalurgy trading. This also sounds morally dubious. Isn't this like a slave trade but even more twisted in a way?

It is possible but I don't know why Hoid would misdirect us. Whether or not Fort is koloss-blooded doesn't seem like a big enough secret for Hoid to conceal.

I don't think we've seen any Scadrian Sleepless as of now. They would probably take the shape of normal insects since Scadrial is essentially Earth. With Era 3 being a Cold War spy thriller we can probably expect to see some Sleepless show up since they would fit the theme well and we know there's at least one Sleepless Ghostblood.

I also think for the Shardic list Autonomy and Harmony should be reversed since she was able to blind and outmaneuver him. She had him completely bested it was only the last minute save from Wayne and Marasi that saved Scadrial.

It's potentially possible but not likely. Kandra are the scholarly type so I can't see one becoming a crime lord. We do also see him get killed while Kandra can't really die unless they're starved to death, dissolved in acid, burned to death, or take their own lives.
