  1. I choose the swiss army polearm from munchkin.
  2. I'm taking Spanish and I started German. I lost my phone for like a week a little bit ago and so I broke my streak which was like 350 days. Very sad.
  3. I do this. I use boo as a greeting. I do this too! Although it's usually eerily accurate. I also find that I do my best critical thinking while I'm asleep, so I will often plan out my week then. I've tried to do math while sleeping before, but it usually takes me the whole night to do one problem. And I often talk about myself in the third person. And have arguments with myself.
  4. I assume you mean Asharak. @Hawks @xinoehp512 Cep is searching Atlas and Bacon, who are still frozen. Taeidin assists him.
  5. What? no they're like standing next to Bacon and Atlas who are in a roller coaster car I'm pretty sure.
  6. "The pages should be here, or possibly only able to be summoned by one of them."
  7. I do think the majority of people enjoy reading about in-depth topics and mechanics in the books. It is something that makes them unique, and really supports the hard magic system style.
  8. I don't have the book right now, but I'm pretty sure there's a part of Szeth's flashbacks where he thinks "slave" and his mind instantly goes to Truthless, which seems like that would be illogical if Shin took Parshmen as slaves.
  9. Personally, I loved Rhythm of War. I found it to be better than the previous three books that came, and it was what really sucked me into the cosmere. I think it is an incredible book and one of Sanderson's best, though that may be an unpopular opinion. I don't find the character development to be repetitive, merely realistic. And being able to see the Fused from Venli's and Navani's perspectives in that way was completely necessary, as they are kind of the main enemy that the characters will be interacting with, and enlightening. I also think it's hard to maintain the same style as The Way of Kings, as at this point in the series you are already very comfortable with all the characters, worldbuilding, and plot.
  10. I contest your claim to the title of Ruler.
  11. Taeidin appears to not notice or find unusual Cep's behavior. "Good. Then... we should probably search them." They're frozen, right?
  12. Taeidin pauses to think for a minute. "The Evergod knows where this is, but will not say. However, you know where it is because of them, thus it can be assumed that you do not have it, else you would not need them to tell you. Presumably, Asharak does not have this paper, or else Rebus would already have it. And Krys also cannot have it, as the Evergod wants their subject to get the paper, but you say you are sending Krys away, which would make it harder for their subject to meet with Krys. Unless, the subject is on the homeworld already and the paper is being delivered to them, but that is not a quest. And so, assuming it is with a person here as it exists in multiple states at once, that leaves it either with Bacon or Atlas." He turns to face Cep. "Do you agree with this reasoning?" @Kansas Stormcursed
  13. into space is not very happy that you duralumin-steelpushed off them and so spikes you with into spacium, stealing your ability to move across space.
  14. I don't think the safes are a problem, they're just... unnecessarily redundant?
  15. "You must obtain a boating license to ride a horse in a lake."
  16. Well... I see your point. I should like to hope that it would never come to that, however. TBftS is not super-competitive, and people play it to have fun, not to maintain absolute control over the sandwich. I would like to believe that people should be allowed to exercise their creativity in ways such as that in a game with practically no rules, and are able to regulate their impulse to keep the sandwich at all costs. I think it should be left open as an option and if someone feels that another is overstepping the bounds in overruling what they said, they should say so.
  17. I feel it should be a little more nuanced. If someone says something like "no you didn't take the sandwich I still have it" that's not really fair, but I think it's fine to be like "but it is revealed that the sandwich you took was a fake all along".
