    Basically a god, not quite a god, really just an emperor. But a really good one. Oh, and no one really likes him (unless they're from his home state). Edit to change a few terms. Don't worry, I didn't rewrite the whole clue.

    Working on fleshing out Fred the Time Epic's backstory, and as I don't have time to read thousands upon thousands of posts, would someone be so kind as to a) tell me if Stanford, California has been claimed yet, and 2) tell me what the sparks is going on and how I start doing stuff here?

    Recently finished rereading "Theft of Swords" by Michael J Sullivan. It's one of the best works of fantasy I've ever read, and on this site, that's saying something.

    Fair enough. But hey. I live practically next door, but he doesn't do much in the way of signings here, either. If he did, we'd have more info about the cheese preferences of major characters than there are RAFOs.

    Ask him. Until then, I dunno... I don't think it's ever mentioned. The place I would think it most likely to show up is the prologue. It does kinda fit... but then so does John, as he's involuntarily been replaced with John Winchester in my head. Jack, John, Joe, Charles...
