I've seen people use heretic when they should be using heathen, and vice versa. It doesn't strike me as weird that people would refer to Jasnah as a heretic.

The residents of Kharbranth returning to the Physical Realm somehow seem like a good candidate for the sailors on the infinite sea.

I think it's referring to someone (possibly Kaladin) climbing the shield (the wall of grief) around Urithiru (or the outside of the tower) to gain access in some form. "light, locked away above" could refer to the Sibling (and Towerlight) being placed in the inner shield with Navani (the captive). If it is Kaladin, the darkened twin sounds like Moash. I don't think Kaladin would love Towerlight though, unless the inhabitants of the tower have figured out how to split Towerlight to produce Stormlight?

Chapter 24, Szeth's first flashback, page 232: Shinovar doesn't have a southeastern coast, it has a north (or northwestern) and south (or southwestern) coast. j
