  1. "You do need a translater. I know you can understand his emotions, but he specifically wanted me to translate." Pulse pulses in agreement. "But if you want, I can leave."
  2. A long time ago (at least in this world), a cognitive shadow was created. Many reading this manuscript will know of this event. However, this is where our 2 worlds differ. In your world, it is yet unknown what will come of this very very special and unique cognitive shadow. In ours, it is already known, for it is far in the past. This cognitive shadow was called 'The Blackthorn' and it was a mix of Spren and Shadow. It was yet unknown what would happen to this being, or how this would play out. In my universe, 'The Blackthorn' met a being known as 'Dalinar Kholin'. You see, 'The Blackthorn' was what is now known as a Sentient Entangled Selfoid Primitive Vision Shadow. Or, a SESPVS. When the 'The Blackthorn', a SESPVS, met and fully reunited with his Lucidity*, 'Dalinar Kholin', they re-Tangled, and 'The Blackthorn' became a Sentient Selfoid Forward-Primitive Vision Shadow or SSFPVS. As they re-Tangled, 'The Blackthorn' realized his full potential. He finally evolved from being Primitive, to gaining the true powers of a Vision Shadow. A Sentient Vision Shadow (SVS) that is not Entangled is very dangerous, and he quickly collapsed and became a Selfoid Forward-Primitive Vision Shadow (SFPVS). Then, all of his knowledge passed to Dalinar Kholin. Now would be the best time to describe what all the words mean. Entangled means seperate from the Lucidity, Selfoid means same species as Lucidity (in this case, humanoid), And Primitive and Forward-Primitive is the level of power & advancement of the Vision Shadow. *Lucidity: The one with the Vision Shadow [To be finished]
  3. U sers of this magic are called drafters. There are 7 main colours. Monochromes draft one colour, bichromes 2, polychromes more than 2, and full-spectrum polychromes all 7. There are also Prisms, ancient gods and heretical colours, but I say we don't worry 'bout those for this RP. To draft a colour, you need a source of that light. To draft green for example, you can use the green light being released from a leaf or something. However, this does not work if you are, say, in a room with only a red lamp, as a leaf can't reflect green when there's no green to reflect. Many drafters carry spectacles of their colour. For a green drafter, this means that when there's nothing green around you, you put on the spectacles and only the green part of white sunlight filters through, letting you draft. However, this is less effective than using stuff that's green and also doesn't work if there's not green light to begin with. When you draft a colour, you produce that colour's luxin, which is a resin-like solid with different properties based on the colour. When you draft, the colour also slightly influences your emotions. The colours in spectral order: Sub-red. Known in our world as infra-red. As a colour not in the visible spectrum, it can only be seen by sub-red drafters and then too, only if they're trying to see it, by widening their pupils. Sub-red luxin is highly unstable and almost instantly turns into flames. Drafting sub-red makes one feel things like passion more. Red. As luxin, it's sticky and highly flammable. It makes drafters feel things like fury more. It is often combined with sub-red to set things on fire. Orange. Orange luxin is very oil-like in texture and very fire-resistant, although curiously when mixed with red luxin it becomes even more flammable than red alone. Orange gives feelings of comprehension and inventiveness. Yellow. Also highly unstable and almost instantly disintegrates back into yellow light, unless you're a superchromat. Drafters sometimes use it to make luxin torches on the fly. Yellow makes one feel at peace. Green. Green luxin is strong and flexible. Green makes one feel wild and rebellious. Blue. Blue luxin is strong and rigid. Blue makes one more rational. Super-violet, known in our world as ultra-violet. Just like sub-red, it's invisible to anyone that's not a superviolet themselves and is actively trying to see superviolet, which you do by narrowing your pupils. Superviolet luxin is fragile, almost like spidersilk, and because of it's invisibility, it is commonly used to make people trip. Superviolet makes one cold and devoid of emotion, a step up from blue. Now, for superchromacy. In this world, 50% of women and 1% of men (I didn't make these odds) are superchromats, which is basically the same as perfect colour recognition that Returned have. It allows them to draft more stable luxin, and is the only way to make stable yellow. Finally, how one becomes a drafter. The answer: I don't know. I don't think anyone in-universe knows either. This may just be because I've only read the first two books, but yeah. Some people think it's genetics. Maybe it is, maybe not. However, there are ways to test if one's a drafter, like the Thresher. cosmere part: Light is the key to tap Investiture from the spiritual realm, like in allomancy 'cept it's not metal, and is turned into a godmetal that is not very metal-like
  4. He sighed. "No. It was..." He shudders. "Best not to think about it."
  5. Shockstarter: They can shock people with lighting powers, though using them causes them to take some of the damage they deal after a few attacks, forcing them to be aware of how much they are using it. The damage keeps growing, and they begin to get stunned until they are nearly dead. They can rest and the damage slowly fades, unless they push too far, and they will retain some permanent damage that can only be healed by a Brightbringer. Eventually, the threshold for the damage being permanent heightens as experienced Shockstarters build up resistance to the damage, even from other Shockstarters. They are able to do this through manipulation of electrons, essentially creating a massive static electric shock. They can generate a massive amount of electromagnetism, far more than should be possible, drawing in targets to a supercharged area (like 30 million amps +), and zapping them. This pulls in armor, weapons, projectiles
  6. Dusksingers. A roughly equal mix of human and singer ancestry. Exhibits mostly human skin textures, a pale tone with swirls of red, and the small carapace ridges along knuckles, knees, and elbows. Bright red hair is also inherited from singer ancestry. Can hear Rhythms, possesses a gemheart (but not singer forms), and has all black eyes and black nails, solid like claws.
  7. Bards are those lucky few who have drunk from the sap of the world tree- and been initiated into the sacred order that advises rulers across Vandra. With this comes a number of powers, the most notable of which is their ability to hear the Heartbeats of the world - rhythms chained to emotions, sensations, and gods - and to create Melodies, invested songs that draw on the power of the world and other nearby to create various invested effects. Bards, so long as they have a way to make music, can create Melodies at will, at various strengths due to the available investiture, volume, and intent. These are the first known, and the second list comprises those that are unknown. Song Name Description Effect Song of Emotion A song fitting the emotion. Inspires an emotion in all who hear it. Song of Healing A gentle, uplifting song. Colors seem more vibrant, and those nearby feel warm and comfortable. Heals- requires intent to aim. Slow healing, or light. Song of Shadow A quiet, grim tune. Shadows seem to lengthen, and darkness grows deep, Creates darkness and Silence Song of Wind A wild, spinning tune. A slight headache appears if people try to follow along too closely. Call the wind Song of War A heavy, beating tune that gets the blood pumping. Inspires strength and battle prowess Song of Agony A fast, grating sound that only some call a song. Headaches, bones vibrate- truly an awful experience. Creates pain and destroys objects Song of Opening A building song that reaches a crescendo. People who listen to the music often claim it’s a three-part harmony, even when no one else is present. Opens Perpendicularties. Usually only used on Wergates, doesn’t make new Perpendicularties, merely reopen old ones. Song of Whispers A hissing, keening tune. A chill settles in the air, and everyone has the sensation of being watched. Detects Investiture Song of Wood A deep, slow tune that evokes the sound of a massive heartbeat in many listeners. Grows plants. Song of Making A complex song that is slightly unsettling. It requires great skill to use properly. Repairs/ constructs Objects Songs yet unknown. Song of the Void A quiet song that strikes fear into hearts. Creates a connection to the Maw, and pulls a tiny piece of itself through. It vanishes after a few minutes. Song of the Dead Gods A gentle, mournful song. Unmakes investiture, reducing it to nothing. Song of Halls A song that resonates with people. Forges connections. Song of Souls An oppressive, baleful song. Raises the dead in a foul facsimile of life.
  8. He sighed. "I am sorry, I have just... been alone for a very long time, and I hate having my emotions meddled with." You look for the flute, only to find it gone. As you play the song, you sense an increasingly powerful investiture reading from Watcher. You black out. You will wake back up one post after this one It comes over to you and pulses in a pattern. You can feel the pulses convey emotion, one of longing to answer you questions, and then, as it turns to Longinus, an emotion of curiosity. Watcher walks out of the forest, and the sphere goes up to him, pulsing rapidly. Watcher than says, "Oh, Mercyrose, let me translate for you. 'Hello!'" He begins in a voice with a rhythm. "'You can call me Pulse. I'm a worldhopper spren! I don't give surges, but teleportation!'"
  9. You see a pulsing yellow sphere everyone once in a while when looking through the forest. It seems to be following you.
  10. Dragons” they said. I frog.
  11. You look, and the flute has disappeared. “Interesting.” He mutters. “Good Luck!”
  12. “Watcher, I don’t know, Worldhopper Forest, I do know, and you’ll have to find them.”
  13. You were there? Huh.
  14. “I don’t know. Again, I didn’t bring you here. And that vile creature,” he points to @The Great Wyver. “Tried to attack me.”
  15. Except, when you tried to push and pull his emotions, you found no emotions to push or pull. Like there was nothing there. he turns to you, his eyes burning. You suddenly feel immense hatred beyond your imagination, and then it stops. All emotion. “Don’t you dare try and use… that. On me.” He growls.
  16. “I’m sure you will learn in due time.”
  17. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yJagNQGNSPALlW314PsgK1sTcVkmQTzz/view?usp=sharing Nope! I met you like 3 weeks ago.
  18. “Well… not too much…” “They are everywhere.” As he says that, you suddenly begin to see strange oddities. Light flying dots that linger on the air and glow yellow. A strange leaf, purple, a bird with 4 eyes, and many more. He raises his hand. “Hello. Glad to see you wake up.”
  19. Phone… and how did they block it??? When?
  20. "Only one. Worldhopper Spren." "The world is called Worldhopper Forest."
  21. "Worldhopper Forest. The entire planet is enveloped in it, so it is what the planet is called." "I am not sure, dear Kjaras-Dor."
  22. I can't do a small post for this. On December 11th, A young Dragon of Coding, tried to find somewhere to theorize. As he sleeps, waiting for the 12th, lets go back a bit. Young Coder looked for a font, of full Mistborn might! And so he looked, and found a @Claincy's blog, and he saw a great font! On December 12th he joined, and he posted, and with that, he met an @Treamayne, one who helped him see the world (and he cited his sources). A magician with Ebooks and obsession galore, he saw such a cool person. He ventured across, to post a fan-fic and engaged in discussion with @ChickenBonanza who would interact more later! He found an RP! @IcedOutPenguin, his first 'shardbuddy' ventured with Elden talking of WoF! His favorite RP, Arvus System, where he met @Entr0pic, and corruption was our shard. A strange web of online families, @Through The Living Glass and @Bird Furious were here to now, A man and psuedo-dragon bonding over white powder (@SpartanBrigade and @The Great Wyver) as he watched from afar! A @ChipsAHoid and @mippo who would actually read ORV! @KaladinsSenseOfHumorSpren, Creater of FCRRP, wonderous friend galor! A strange little @VieB13, who would argue about Ebooks A @Kansas Stormcursed, A @Hawks, even a Ghost (@Honors ghost) These are @C0derDragon8's friends. See if you can find the mistake.
