Mid-Range Game 72: A Breath of Fresh Air
BridgeBoi replied to Ashbringer's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Sorry y'all IRL issues have prevented me from posting. Welp if we don't kill an elim this turn, we are pretty much screwed. With 2 elims we are 6-2 meaning we have roughly two misexes left. With 3 elims, 5-3 meaning 1 misexe left Ugh the Raven being innocent pretty much screwed up my reads. My Stink elim read was based on him being e/e with Raven. So that's toast. I still think Stink might be elim but he's not my top target. Vill: Hoid Slayer - being vocal and has decent reads. Has a couple reads I disagree with. Twinstorm - Hasn't done anything suspicious, is most just inactive, could be elim, but not priotity target Weird: Polly - pushed for activity but also has acted slightly suspicious on certain things. Don't like his nonconfrontal style but that could just be Polly. Stink - Stink has good vibes. Could be an elim but I got to stay loyal to fellow blues. Ruler - does have some sus posts but I honestly think that is just new player jitters. Not my top target, I would say 50-50 TUF - Honestly I don't know. Haven't really been paying attention to him, need more info Elim: Wiz - too jumpy with his votes, hopped on Raven train and jumped off at last second, just the sort of thing I think an elim would do- 333 replies

Here is it is( sorry about font) Uritea: Nation's Origin: Long ago, there lived a little people known as the Kwalege. They were a peaceful happy little people. Then the traile attacked. The traille conquered the people of Kwalege and enslaved them. For a hundred years, the Traile oppressed the Kwalege. But hope came. A child born of Kwalege and Traile rose up and slew the god king of the Traile. But he didn’t kill the Traile. Rather this child did something extraordinary. He united the two lands as one, Uritea. He harnessed the power of bridging lands and creating portals. The child, known now as the worldbridger died but his descendants still unite the two lands. They also wield his power of making portals between lands. When their world spiraled into war and chaos, the Terilins, the worldbridgers descendants, created a portal through space to bring them to a new world. National Colors: Red and Blue Nation's Government Type: the kingdom is organized into two lands. Traile and Kwalege. These two kingdoms appoint eight chiefs each who meet in the capital, Tharen. The Terilin also provide 8 representives to bridge the divide. Nation's Faith and beliefs: The nation as a whole wants to bring in other nations and establish ties with them. They firmly believe in outreach and alliances with others. The Traile make up most of the miltary portion of the kingdom and are elite warriors , while the Kwalege act as farmers and merchants. They semideify the worldbridger is known. Nation's Ruler: Tealen Bluesword, a strong miltary general who favors making allies Nation's Primary Race(s): Humans Nation's Total Population: around 100,000 45,000 Kwalege, 40,000 Traile, 15,000 Terilin Technology: the Uriteans are relatively slow technological. Most of their tech is high medival, with gunpowder just being discovered. Magic: The uriteans are able to make gateways. This allows rapid travel and high levels of trade. This does take skill and extract strain on the person though.

Mid-Range Game 72: A Breath of Fresh Air

I trust TJ. He’s made up for a bad C1 with a very good post earlier about nominating people to give breath. Bro the TUF train was a joke train as seen by TUF literally voting to kill himself. Besides STINK demanded it. Also sorry about not really being active last cycle. I was busy. TUF my reads: Vill: TJ, Hoid Slayer Null: Twinstorm, Polly, Ruler, TUF Elim: STINK, Raven, Wiz i don’t love STINK’s drama with Raven but that could just be Raven overreacting. This is by far the weakest of my e!reads Wiz has been a little too jumpy with his vote. Feels like trust farming? Plus the tiebreaker on Stick last cycle. Raven is my strongest e!read. I don’t like the drama in C1 about PMs and the about face on STINK. Plus attacking TJ off “vibes” is never a good sign. Vibes is the easiest copout if TJ turns out to be village. -
Ok I make it serious. Post it later

I’ll vote Wiz: I don’t like the tie breaking vote on Stick. Even though he rescinded it, it feels like it solidified stick as the consensus exe. Maybe to protect TJ. also has anyone given breath today? if not I’m fine with doing it -
Yes, I’ll come up with a rule set and submit it. when is the next slot? cause I might need more experience first

Can I sign up for the next open MR game?

Yall im going to abstain from voting this cycle. I’m finishing up LG104 right now and don’t want to make an hasty uninformed vote. I’ve learned my mistake from the last game. -
First and foremost, I’m not townreading you for being active. I’m saying if steel leaves the thread for two cycles, while being the last elim, that is unlikely. if u want reasons why I’m voting for u, here’s some. U voted me for Amrmylin and then the next night voted to despose me when there was no reason to. I just see contradictions that make no sense. On a different note, if u want me to vote steel, don’t try to bully me and just say there’s a hundred percent that I’m village. That to me just smacks of elim desperation. in the end convince me not bully me. Show me your record vs steel. Show me specific moments that you think show steel being an elim. Show moments of you being a villager. If you want questions, there they are. I’m open to changing my vote. But talk with me, not at me. Don’t making assumptions that I have no reasons and don’t do back reading. If you want me to vote for steel, show me the goods. And pls give me a minimum amount of respect. If you want to make me do something, statements like “ And I'm surprised that you trust yourself to not listen to anything or backread or do more research or engage with me” are not going to help. All that’s going to do is make me firm in my position.
-
Quite honestly telling me to trust you has no effect. If you are an elim, which there is a 50% chance there is then it’s easy for me steel stepping away from the game reads village. It’s a risky strat for the last elim sacrificing any thread control. Add that to the possibility of Steel being elimated by inactivity and it doesn’t seem like elim stray. Steel has also been very quiet which reads village to me. Most people like playing elim so I would imagine they would be more active. in conclusion, if i get this wrong I’m sorry illwei but I can’t trust you, there’s too high of a probability of u being elim.

Down to three maybe we should just petition the RNG gods. 50% chance we win. JK um I’m going to reconsider this later but…. Illwei No confident on this but I have a worse read on steel.
