  1. I am doubtful. There are two things that contradict this theory. 1. It is the second letter that asks the recipient to "Leave that place and join me in my oath of nonintervention. " 2. Hoid is very much intervening in the events of the cosmere everywhere, he is nudging here, and guiding here. It is him someone wants to stop meddling. He is also told to "leave that place", meaning that they with high probability won't be in the same warcamps or planet for that matter.
  2. I'll join! I will decide on a character when I get to my computer later. Edit: Tunnib the Mercenary was not a nice man, he liked to kill and did not hesitate to do so, targets and clients alike. He often went through with his missions only to go back for his reward and a little extra as he usually put it. This time though, he had been promised far more than usual, including a gruesome death if he did things the usual way. He would probably refrain this time... His mission had been to go to the village and await further orders, but no orders had arrived for a week now. Was this a ruse of some sort? Anyway, he could just pass the time drinking at the local Tavern, mabye this was just paid vacation...
  3. Wilson, yes I know you suspected me for other reasons , Shiv told me that you were suspicious of me for a long time. The thing is, Kas actually did talk about that you had described the tactic that Fain used in the dead doc... I'm not .really sure what "slandering" mean, but I read it as something negative, if that is it, then I am sorry. It was not my intention to do anything else than relay what he said about "your" tactic, and nothing else. (I had motivations for doing so yes, but still). I understand that why you read what you did from when I contacted you, but that was not my motivation. I'm new at this, and was more scared of giving info to Fain by talking to a suspect than wanting to gain more info. I would probably have done the same if I was a villager. I have to get better on that point. =/
  4. Great game guys! I do find it funny that you correctly identified me to be a DF from entirely incorrect assumptions. =P (OK,You probably had other things on me, but all the things you told everyone about me was wrong.)
  5. It would have been fun to join, but I will be on vacation for 2 weeks so it's not a good idea. Looks very nice though!
  6. Since you obviously are failing to lynch the Forsaken. I have lost faith in the one who is supposed to lead to victory. I move for a vote of no confidence on Weas leadership! And I put my vote on Douza.
  7. I would write a really long post defending myself if I thought I had anything to write that would change your mind. You are simply wrong, but I cannot produce any proof of that. No Eric, I have no solid proof of my innocence, and I would have provided it when I first got to know that you suspected me, and probably earlier than that. Proof of things is hard to get in this game, and is part of what makes the game what it is. But me not having a proof do not change the truth. I do not think this post will save me from a lynch, I feel that you have your mind set. (And codes I guess) So I just want to thank you for a nice game! Especially the people who have (even when suspecting me) provided me with tips on how to play this game in a god way. You know who you are, Thank you! On a side note: Aonar, that first PM. That PM was done after my idea in PM with Gade, and Kas. But we removed the mention of we since they did not think it prudent to tell people that we were in a PM. Just thought it nice to tell you that I wasn't alone making it. Edit: Blue as a forgetmenot...
  8. I am a regular villager. I have been using my fang. And reported about it. I do not know what else to say about this, I have no proof no, and I am sad that I cannot provide it. But if you think that I am the Forsaken, you are sadly mistaken!
  9. I am sorry that I wasn't able to post yesterday, I really did not think yesterday would be that busy. I did have a very quick look through my mobile once in a while, but had no time to post. It is nice to finally know what is going on, but I am sad that you are thinking I am a Darkfriend. I'm not sure what happened with that fang, but the only thing I can see is that another villager (or a Regular DF) voted in a way he/she was not supposed to do. I do agree that we need to get the Forsaken tomorrow, but it is not me. You will have to look somewhere else.
  10. The following text is blue! I have been quite busy today and haven't been active. And I will go to bed know and am just checking in fast. I am surprised that we haven’t heard anything from Awes and Wilson, as they are the ones that seem to coordinate things. They might be busy too, but I would like to hear their comments since they have knowledge I lack. Edit. I will be more active tomorrow morning.
  11. Newan: Vary may have been a little strong word. But I rather support someone who is nominated by someone else than someone who is nominated by someone else. Mail: I do simply not know what to say to that. Edit: Blue
  12. I am a little vary of people voting for themselves for Major, so my vote goes to Ralv.
  13. Wow, that was a massive writeup! Good work Gamma! Two DF/Forsaken kills on Regular Villagers, Friendly kill on Village Wisdom, and a Channeller kill on Padan Fain! The friendly fire is a bad one, but Jim was inactive, it doe actually not matter that much. Depends if he would have come back later. Nice work whoever killed Padan Fain! It must have taken a lot of analysis to find and kill him, or luck I guess! We were quite lucky on the DF kills, just two vanilla villagers. Wilson: That tactic felt a lot better to me, since it did not depend only on one person. And I think I actually had a point, since Fain really tried to get in with the information. Well, no matter, he is dead now so it is no longer a worry.
  14. Ok, I get it. I am mostly convinced. But it does make me a little uneasy because of the possibility.
  15. I am still skeptical of everyone sending their Roles to Waes. I think I still would corrupt Waes if I were PF. You may want to call me an idiot or something, but here is my motivation. Lets say Waes gets to almost everyone's roles, that is an inverted list of everyone likely without roles. That is why the earlier plan of every vanilla player reporting was abandoned. This information is too valuable for Fain. But also, if Waes gets information from a Viewer, and other roles, he would have additional information that is valuable to Fain and the corrupted. So, if Waes is found out. It does not matter that much, the information he posses would be valuable enough. And I for one do not doubt Waes capable of continuing in the same track as he currently is. This would also bind up our Viewer(s) to repeatedly scan one person for betrayal instead of continuing to scan other people. I'm not saying this is what PF will do, but I caution against this since this is what I would have done in his place. I'm not saying that Waes isn't good, I just say that I'm wary of making him a target of PF. Edit: Blue.
  16. I think the argument about Inactiviy and Fain/Forsaken is a good one, and while I still suspect Bela somewhat, myvote will go on Jim Bob Dirt for the time being since he is as inactive as Lam as Douza pointed out. I may end up changing this vote later. I'm on my tablet currently so I'm keeping this short. My guess is the colours won't work, but I will fix it later... Edit: I have never really understood the importance of the anonymous messages that everyone is speaking of, someone care to enlighten me? Edit: Thank you for the edit Wilson, I was not able to get to my computer for a long time...
  17. Bunnt woke to the commotion that surrounded Waes attempted murder. This was not good, Waes had survived, and that was good, but this really meant that the one that had killed the Major the night before really meant to kill them all! It had seemed that way before too, but he had not wished to believe it. But now, there were no doubts. Bunnt went around and listened to a few people talking about what had happened, and then he went to his fields to work and think. Better work now, and then go with the others and discuss later. Or rather go and listen to the others later as speaking made him feel vulnerable. But this was important, so he might even voice a opinion for once. Congratulations on surviving Awes! It's not fun to be targeted, but at least you survived. I think the second message is written as if he/she was Fain, but as Fain does not have that ability I'ts probably not a important observation. I am surprised that we do not have any mention of white fog or Mashadar, since I took for granted that Padan Fain would convert someone this first night. Or did I miss something? I wonder what tactic he is using. Or did he get blocked in any way maybe? I agree with Waes that identifying all normal villagers could be dangerous if not done carefully. Both Padan Fain and the DF could get lots of important information from knowing who are normal. And if everyone is sending it to you and you distribute, what is to tell us that you aren't asking for this to gather information for such a cause? I'm not casting blame, I'm just trying to be careful. Edit: It was blue! I promise!
  18. I have loved to listen to these episodes and have listened to almost every one of them the same day that they were released. And yes, it was hard sometimes when a episode was to be released and it actually wasn't. I don't blame you the slightest, things always come up from time to time, but for next(?) time, maybe a notice about delayed episode or something would be nice. The emotional parts of the shardcast was fun, but it was not the best part of it. The best thing was to listen to someone else's thoughts, get the book in another persons perspective, vastly different from mine. The one common thing that Feather and I share is a love of Brandon's Books (and probably fantasy in general), so it is very refreshing to hear her reactions, and see the book from another direction entirely. (One difference is that I never would have been able to react vocally during the end of the book, I would just have entered quiet, intense reading mode....) I am very thankful for all the effort that you have put into this, and hope that you do the same for later books.
  19. I'm note really sure what to believe of this actually, so I've tried to make a List of the current votes: Votes for Major: Witless (2): Kaim, Malai Waes (2) : Newan, Rishi Sprell (1) : Sprell Votes for Lynch: Lam (1) : Newan Dellan (1) : Malai Newan Newan (0) : : Dellan Gade (0) : : Newan Gade? Malai (0) : : Newan I could have missed things, so don't take take this list for granted. It seems to me that Newan's name turns up a little to often in this list, he claims to be trying to encourage discussion, and he very well may be, but it seems a little to aggressive to me at this point. I am suspicious, but not enough to vote for him at the moment. When it comes to the Major Vote, It seems to me that we should vote for a new Major every time a Corruption is done since the Major would be a big target. (We is notified of that aren't we?) Since Padan Fain probably will convert someone straight on, it may be pointless to appoint someone now, but in case no Conversion happens, its probably good to elect a major today. Edit: aaaaaaand, blue.
  20. Bunnt had been out working at the fields when he got the news that the Major had been killed. He was now in the town square, listening to the others discussing the matter. He did not join in, he was not a social person, he rarely spoke at all if it wasn't necessary. He had respected the Major, he had done great things in his day, or so Bunnt had heard. He had never actually talked to the Major, but had heard him speak on occasion and he had seemed to be a good force for the village. But now he was dead! And a Murderer one the loose in the village! Bunnt tried to think out how he would defend himself if he was attacked at night but he realized that he could not do much except trying to block the door and windows during the night. I agree with Joe(l) that we need the information that a lynch will get us, but I am scared that we would kill someone we need. As the the Major vote, I'm not sure if we should do it as soon as possible or wait until we get a better feeling of everyone. Edit: Blue...
  21. I was about to write a post about the game, but then i read Claincys post and he about summarizes my thoughts. (And in a much better way) It was a fun game, but it somehow puts a little sour taste afterwards when I know all these hidden things that I had no way of knowing of or calculating on. Rengars conversion was sort of the worst thing, since it was a curse on the rest of the Darkeyed rather than on him. That said, I am thankful of Rubix (And Wilson) running this game, but I think the type was not really for me.
  22. I will join as Bunnt Nibbel a closed mouth farmer since someone apparently did not want me left in the quick fix game. Travelling until Sunday, so no RP yet... If you still accept people that is...
  23. Yes, the balance lies with you, that's why we want you to decide on a Sharder target. We wont vote for one of our own obviously, but we will support any Sharder as a target as long as we can unite on one. You called for Trahar, and we comply. Unless you change it to another Sharder. Edit: Removed repeated words.
  24. Could be it, but we actually haven't seem him for a while in our doc either (and he has not been very active) Do you have any comment on the vote? Rengar: I'm not sues how we will vote, depends on how the discussion goes here. We will have to see. Trahar seems to be the most likely target right now it seems. When it comes to you ability, we haven't discussed any specific plans for any ability, so use your judgement on how to use it. Edit: Blue....
  25. And if you do want another Sharder getting the vote. Then please state it! We still need to stand united!
