"Hurry up this guy wants to kill me." He begins to start running away. However, there is the voice in his head again. "Running from your problems again Ashton?" He continues to run. The Emperor turns. "What are you doing Scribe? You'll doom us all. Do you really wish for calamity to strike when the Maelstrom comes?" He turns and begins running, but flashes away instantaneously in a beam of lightning. He reappears in front of Ashton, causing Ashton to fall over as he slams into the Emperor's body. The Emperor sheathes his blade that has a more purple glow. "This blade is not meant for you." He then, unsheathes the golden blade, which emanates a blinding, white light. "Do not struggle Ashton. It will only slow the inevitable." He holds his blade up to the skies and begins muttering a prayer. Meanwhile, in a jungle; "Tellin, Run." Sylas says to Tellin. "Both entities in my head want control. You're going to want to leave if you are to survive. Just in case." He bows his head quickly. "It was nice being acquainted with you. May you be safe in your travels." The Demon speaks to Sylas. "It is all but your choice now, Sylas. As to whether you let me survive or not. But if you don't hurry, He'll be coming for you next." The voice hisses. "What do you speak of, Demon?" Sylas says. "I can show you..." It slithers through his mind. "If you do not stop him, I will die with you, but the other entity in your head shall be set loose. But if you do help, you survive, as do I." Sylas creates a planar gate and jumps through it. Appearing out on the other end, only a few yards from the Emperor, Atlas, and Ashton. The voice no longer hides in all of your heads. It speaks from all around, the air getting cold. "May the war on the planes, Truly Begin!" It cackles.
