    yeah it is never outright stated in the first book. Neil Gayman and terry pratchet were going to write a second one in which they officially got together, but terry prachett died. since then, Neil gaymen has stated that they wrote Crowley and Aziriphel togethor. AND I LOVE THEM SO MUCH. like the good omens animatics on youtube..... the shipping is real. and confirmed. so yeah
