Through the Living Wrath

Yesterday was really bad.

Like - I got the score, and then I had to tell my mom how I had a low score in the only class I had a B in last quarter because of a 0.

I wish she would just listen to me. I try to explain it to her, and I get two words in and then she asks a question and makes an assumption.

No, just because I was held back by teamwork doesn’t mean it wasn’t my fault. Like… come on. Please let me explain.

Please don’t call a parent teacher conference. I don’t need.

Please, don’t ask me what I’m going to do to get it up.

Like - I do need to try, but I am trying.

I feel as if the reason I’m getting these 0s in the first place is because she never asks about my grades, never actually gets involved in my education, until after the grading period passes.

And she tells me to “be organized”, but I’ve never actually been organized. I’ve made these habits that I can’t shake now because she let them continue.

My mom told me ~”since I don’t have national merit, I need to get straights A’s so I can get a scholarship.” Like. Gee. Thanks.

that’s makes it less stressful.
