    I do not understand the mechanics of this. How does it function as a shield? How is it static? If it is turned into matter, the obvious solution is to drop a nuke on him. He can either convert all of the energy into matter, therefore crushing him, or he could be evaporated.

    That's true, but the irregular wincon seems to allow it to be balanced.

    Fair point, but if we exe v!TJ, Enmity will be at 2, which isn't too hard to come back from. At that point I think it will be easy to find the last (two?) elims.
