  1. wouldn't you just get eaten by the dogs
  2. Oh. So, you're all just going to stick around until you learn to speak well? - "Well, that's a relief." - "What's wrong?" she asked him. A bee buzzed past Rose.
  3. i'm pretty sure being a nugget is more boring you just sit in a freezer until and then you die when someone gets hungry I don't understand why you'd want to be one
  4. What do you need to learn more about? - She nodded and, after a moment, handed him a thermometer-like device. "Stick it in the ink." - Tam watched Rose, amused. "Wait, Bat, do you speak a different language, too?" The butterflies tried to pick Rose up off the ground, but only succeeded in lifting her a few feet before they gave up and flapped away. They were very strong butterflies. They dropped her to the ground with a thud.
  5. you can be anything but that and/or other edible items and/or dead so *hugs* and don't get in that machine
  6. Hmm. That doesn't sound very good, does it? Shoe said, looking at the little spirit. - Tam shrugged. "So would I, if it came to it." - There was suddenly a loud rustling sound, and one thousand butterflies descended from the sky and alighted on her.
  7. "That," she started, sitting on the ground nearby, "depends on a lot of things. Where Malan is, what he's doing, under what circumstances we've agreed to meet (if that's the case), etcetera."
  8. True. He got up and walked around the beach a little, picking up a stick and a leaf and making a little flag. He brought it back and handed it to Beosta, then started collecting little shells that were nearby. - Ten more butterflies landed on her clothing.
  9. Where do the spirits come from, anyway? They seem to believe in her. - "Yeah, I guess." Another butterfly landed on Rose's knee. She shrugged. "I guess that makes sense. Not sure how that helps us, though- we aren't exactly about to send Cricket to fight Malan."
  10. YEAH, BRITISH NUGGETS idk lol also yum your nugget personality tastes very good
  11. Tam didn't like the way he said that. She attached a small device to the back of his neck, just in case. "Continue."
  12. . . . what no it's a single nugget and I already ate it so make your own rah
  13. Odd. Well . . . I mean, not to be insensitive or anything, but do you know if she actually exists? - Tam rolled her eyes and sighed. "You're welcome." "And here we are again," she said, turning to Bat. "Now what?" A butterfly landed on Rose's shirt. Make a character! There are a couple different plots, so just read through whatever's happened recently and pick one!
  14. Apparently, he chuckled. - "Told you. And it's fine; it's all healed now." Indeed, there was no sign that anything had happened except for a small, slim, faded scar. "So I guess you're not dying," she shrugged.
  15. "Dang," Tam remarked, having the machine form a container to hold everything in. "I'll probably do a more in-depth one later, just in case, but that should be good for now." Oh. I hadn't realized your people worshiped deities. - "Yeah. Had to drill through the bone, which was why it hurt a second ago." She smiled grimly and focused on Rose again. She plucked the machine off her arm, and if formed a screen with some readouts. "Okay, so, good news: you haven't been poisoned. Bad news: whatever is in you has basically permeated your entire body." She yawned. "But it's not hurting you, which is good. It's just kinda . . . there." Tam raised an eyebrow at her.
  16. You see? Do you know what it's trying to say? - "I tested to see what you'd been poisoned with, and how deep it had penetrated." . . . That hurts my brain to think about.
  17. grr Oh, you want a more functional kind of castle? Then yeah, probably tiny windows. - The pain stopped suddenly. I mean . . . yeah. I guess so. @Halcyon The Only
  18. *gasp* HUSH He shrugged. How big do you want it to be? - Tam grinned, though she tried not to. The pain in Rose's arm continued to increase. Do your people worship any deities? she asked Bat in the meantime.
  19. She sighed. "Um . . . okay. Hang on." She created another small machine that would look for mechanical energy signatures and collect them. She then walked around to the back of the cage and turned it on. It floated over Malevolence's head and spun out small tendrils. It looked rather like a jellyfish, actually. Shoe grinned and started digging out a moat. - "Um . . . are you sure you want to know? I don't want you passing out or anything . . ." Rose's arm started to ache.
  20. So, uh

I spelled scoop with an h.

    Schoop.

Idk who actually cares, but you're welcome.

  21. YES ATLA IS SOOO GOOD He helped her scoop sand into a pile. No idea. Guess we'll find out. - Tam almost wished she hadn't listened. Oh well. She pushed a little button on the top and stepped back. "Okay, this will probably hurt a little, but you need to stay absolutely still. Got it?"
  22. Shoe laughed. Okay, then let's build an evil sandcastle! - Tam grinned smugly. "That's what I thought." She got back up and walked over, reaching for the machine on Rose's arm. "Hold still." She raised an eyebrow. "What are Malan's machines made of? What do they run on?"
