  1. "Well then." She shrugged. "Magic doesn't have to be scary. Remember that flower I gave you? That was magic." She pulled the little mechanical horse out of her pocket and set it on the ground. "And I used magic to make this, too!" She smiled at him. - She tilted her head. "He never said he was proud of you?"
  2. You're the one who has to clean me, so I really rub it in there.
  3. I smear the ice cream all over my face and really rub it into my hair, then start chewing on said ice-cream-slathered hair.
  4. "Not at all. Well . . . a little, now, because you're here. But normally, no." - "Alright. Anyone else you can think of?" Holt smiled. "Hang on. It'll be your turn, soon." - She nodded. "I am. Is that okay?" - She smiled. "I'm sure it'll work perfectly."
  5. It let him happily. AWWWWWW anyway "Awww," Holt cooed. "See? He's not so baaad." "Dunno. I never really was." - He suddenly felt a strong aversion to that last word. The first real emotion he had ever felt. "I'm not sure," he continued after a moment. "But surely there's someone." "Are you sure you want to know? Many experience conflicting feelings or . . . existential crises after learning about it." Tam smiled softly at him. "Hey, Snow. How are you?" - "Exciting! What do you plan to use it for?"
  6. "It's okay. I've got you." He descended rather rapidly, but held onto her tightly. - Only "No. But I'm sure we could find you someone to scare." It nuzzled him happily. AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
  7. Holt beamed and held the cub out. It whinnied again and pranced happily around him. "No, just not heights." He started down the side. It was very, very high. - . . . Would that do something? Regardless. "How do you like to scare people?" STUFF fun Make a character! Join a plot! Doesn't really matter
  8. "Not particularly, no." - Ah. Apologies. It whinnied and kicked him in the shins.
  9. "Alrighty then." He gently scooped her up again and crept over to the cliff's edge. "Ready?" - Utility wasn't sure which part to react to. It snorted and stamped it's foot. He raised an eyebrow and shrugged.
  10. "Alright, sounds good. You're fine with being carried again, I hope?" - "Because your Author wants you to say it." It snorted and pranced around the room happily. He grinned and took the cub, smirking at her.
  11. It calmed slightly and slowed down a little "But still." He plucked Atlas off his head and held him out to her. "Wanna hold him?"
  12. It whinnied again and ran around the room. ". . . Isn't it?" - "Do you need anything? Your Author seems to want to do something with you."
  13. "Maybe. But right now, I'm just being practical." - He wasn't quite sure what that meant. "Alright."
  14. Nice "Down the side of the cliff. It'd be much faster." - "Whatever you say." It whinnied like a horse and tried to buck him off. ". . . Okay, fair."
  15. ". . . I mean, so do we, technically-" Perhaps by making it stop shaking. He could hug it really tightly.
  16. It was still vibrating faster and faster. Perhaps he should stop it so that none of the young children would get hurt. . . . Tam wouldn't let them, of course, but she was very entertained by the whole thing.
  17. It was vibrating very hard, now. "And you said you were scared of it . . ."
  18. She smiled softly and nodded. "Of course. It wasn't your fault- I would never leave you for that."
