I mean, I could also summon my girlfriend, though she's not really on here anymore. @certifiedcranedriver
-
Ah I see people are yapping about their girlfriends, so might as well mention that I still also have girlfren and she's very peak.
-
Ah, perhaps you could come out while with this guy nearby, so he could give moral support
-
just tell them, if they're trans they'll be great about it. A few days after my egg cracked, I came out to an enby in my school, and it went great.
-
You could try talking to him about how you feel; I find honest conversation to be a good with situations.
-
Pride flags fulfill that role for me in a sense, and I don't think that's corny at all.
-
It really depends on the person, though I tend to notice enbies prefer calling themselves gay rather than straight. There's no definitive rules though.
-
Heya! I'm pretty iconic here, but less active than I used to be. Still, I read just about every message even if I don't always have time to post. Respectfully, that's not exactly a very cis thought to have, at least in my experience Apologies if I'm being too prescriptive, but I myself, when I was like 13-14 wished I was a trans girl, but thought I wasn't. I'm not trying to tell you what your identity is, but I think it's worth exploring. I wish I had that advice when I was younger...

eh yeah, I'm kinda on your side. I feel a little annoyed whenever the gay thread gets into a bunch of rping. It's why I made that super inactive RP thread a few months back.
-
So wait if the women and men are fighting what are the enbies doing?
-
Sounds rough. I've felt similar, though not nearly as bad as that. I'm probably not the best person to help with this, but I don't think you should delete webtoon. Instead, I'd try and put some kind of limit on your phone, there should be apps/settings to help limit yourself. I might be able to help a little more with social stuff then academic stuff, if you want.

Please don't feel intimidated. This thread is for all mental health, and there's no reason you should feel like you can't post here. Please, talk about it.

What are you playing right now?
Hmmm lies replied to Link Von Kelsier Harvey's topic in Entertainment Discussion
Playing through ULTRAKILL, on Standard difficulty rn, and P-Ranked all levels except 8-3 (working on it), P-2, 0-E, and 1-E. After I'm done with that, I'll play through Violent, then Brutal -
So, a Sapphic relationship would be between women, yes, but a Sapphic person just needs to be women who likes other women. They can also like other genders. (I'm familiar with Sappho lore)

It's a loose term, I think Verdance is right tho
-
Understandable, but this does seem to be an uncommon sentiment. There's always the general religious thread for that.
-
I see direct acknowledgment of that stuff. I'd like to see subtle references, like characters meant to parallel the Three Fates. And especially, I'd like to see more Egyptian myths referenced.
-
Heh, thanks for this. I forgot just how addicted I can get to arguing with people on the internet. Probably not healthy for me. I'll try and bring this back on topic: Despite the fact that I'm completely irreligious, I sometimes enjoy religious parallels in media if it isn't an endorsement, but rather as like a cool reference. For example, if a group of 4 characters are based off of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, I think that's pretty cool. However, I recently thought about how I typically only see this with Christianity (and sometimes Buddhism), and haven't really seen this with other religions like Islam, Paganism, or Greek mythology. What do y'all think? (Also not exactly the same thing, but I quite enjoy the video game ULTRAKILL)
-
If the Bible was the first documentation of real events, that could be evidence, but I think what you're trying to get at is that the Bible, simply by being a religious text, does not have any more credence than any other text. For example, if the events described in Revelations did occur, then that would be evidence for the Bible being a reliable source, but that hasn't happened yet. Additionally, there are many books in the Bible, some which may be more reliable than others.

(Heh, suppose I can't be surprised this is what the atheist thread devolved into, the religious one basically did the same thing.) I am somewhat confused as to whether you reject evolution's existence entirely or not, but there is definitely evidence for it, such as homogeneous and vestigial structures, such as human arms and bat wings having similar structure, and whales having internal feet bones, indicating an ancestor that actually had feet. But, I imagine @Pathfinder could tell you better than I, they seem rather dedicated to this.
