Things are definitely more convivial here, though sadly if I don't know they will stay much better for much longer... On another note, the location of CLC's winter school (Harrison Hot Springs, BC) was actually warmer than my hometown! I did get my share of chilly, though. I maaaaaay have accidentally instigated a polar bear plunge.

Winter is here where I am at the Canadian Labour Congress winter school @Paul SB and @Appol PhD for tomorrow.

If you haven't already, make sure you let me know by DM what email address you'd like to receive submissions at so I can add it to the list (apologies if you've already done that, my brain is not connecting your username to an email address right now) and make sure you reciprocate with some of the other submissions coming through. lol, in our case the evil corporate scumbags are also the government (go figure) but the particulars of one of the big contracts came out in a way that caught everyone flat-footed, so now we're having fun with the downstream effects.
