  1. A hissing noise came from behind Terrance. The grass wilted, dying, and a line of dead grass led to where the hissing was coming from. Something was moving very fast towards their group.
  2. Edgar shrank back, then bowed his head. He’d gone too far. But…at least he’d been trying to help, right?
  3. “I know what it is. It’s obvious, so maybe you should just stop being so insensitive! Why don’t you talk to her, instead of just ignoring her?”
  4. Edgar took a step towards him. “Well you’re doing a really good job at it. And how can you not know what she’s feeling, or at that it’s not something good?”
  5. “And I prefer when people don’t make my girlfriend feel like you’re making her feel now,” he spat back.
  6. Edgar hugged her again. “Don’t worry about him. It doesn’t seem like he wants anything.”
  7. “I believe if it is something they are informed about, then they don’t just need to, they do. However, I’m not likely to change your mind. I’m fine with you staying here, it’s easier to keep an eye on you here, as long as Jenny is.” @Lunamor
  8. “Yet it’s also not an answer. You have a preference, you must.”
  9. “You should get better at answering with good answers. You seem very adept at saying nothing with many words.”
  10. Edgar looked at Jenny. Did she? “Do you?” he whispered.
  11. Edgar put an arm around her, glaring at Terrance. He was bothering her, so that bothered Edgar.
  12. Edgar stood next to her. He’d fight along side her, no matter who it was he was fighting. Even if it was against the gods themselves.
  13. “You can tell me if you’re not.”
  14. Something was still wrong, Daniel didn’t know exactly what, but there was something. So he clung to her, hugging her for a long moment.
  15. “Maybe. Or you could always leave it down…give Roy a scare.” He chuckled.
  16. He hugged her.
  17. “Maybe.”
  18. “I think so. Though…well I’m a hypocrite sometimes.”
  19. “It…well it’s not the best braid I’ve seen,” he said, hoping she really did want him to be honest. “But I don’t think it, or anything else, could look bad on you.”
  20. Edgar watched her. It was interesting, seeing her braid her hair. He wondered why she was doing it right now. Did she need it braided for something?
  21. “Good.” He snuggled a little closer to her. “This is nice, isn’t it?”
  22. “Are you…doing any better?”
  23. “Of course. Always.”
  24. “Well I’m always here to listen.” She sighed…was she not telling him something?
