    Eliza handed her a towel and the clothes. Then she walked over to Seth and whispered in his ear, “Who is she?” ” I’m not sure.” ”Your father wouldn’t want her here.” ”Well he’s not around anymore to tell me what I can and can’t do. Serves him right.” Eliza gasped. ”What? You know what he did to mother,” Seth said angrily.

    Seth continued looking the other way. Eliza watched the girl, waiting in case she needed help. A young maid also brought a spare change of clothes, just a simple outfit but it would be better than the filthy rags the girl was wearing.

    Seth continues looking the other way. Eliza stops washing the girl, seeing if she’ll start doing it herself.

    Seth continues looking the the other way. Eliza puts the girl's hand in the water and starts scrubbing at the grime on it, trying to show the girl what she is trying to do and get her to bather herself.

    He is still facing away from her. Eliza takes the girl's hand and pulls her toward the tub.

    Seth sighed. "I know you can't understand this, but I you need to get clean, you're filthy." Not knowing what else to do, Seth walked back into the room and turned his back on the tub. Hopefully that would be enough to get her to stay there and be bathed. Actually, she should know how to rinse herself, it was something every person, and even animals did for themselves.

    Seth exited the room.

    “She also might need help bathing,” Seth said to Eliza.

    Seth turns, and, seeing her confusion, walks back. He takes her hand again, leading her to the room where the bath was being drawn. ”Eliza, this woman…can’t speak. See that she had what she needs,” Seth said to the woman preparing the water.

    Took the ACT today, that was fun. I’m not being sarcastic, I enjoyed it. Hopefully I did good enough.

    Using a tractor beam, I pull the sandwich into my mini Death Star.

    Seth stood, then pulled her to her feet. They started walking towards Seth’s mansion. When they arrived, Wesley, the butler, welcomed Seth and gave a strange look toward the girl. ”I’m going to need to hire a language coach, Wesley,” Seth said. “For now, would you show her to her new room and have a bath drawn? Use the guest bedroom.”

    “Are you ok?” Seth said, frightened. Did. I do something wrong? All I wanted to do was help.

    “Would you like some more?” Seth asks after she has finished it all.

    Seth sits in silence as well, eating his own food. He also pushes a plate filled with an assortment of meat towards her.
