    "Hot. My legs, buoy and tail ache." he states, rubbing the strange loop in question. Upon the water hitting his fur, he starts doggy pattling and hyperventilating, with his buoy inflating up somehow, seemingly starting to choke him, but he calms down and the buoy deflates back to it's original size once the water warms up.

    "Thank you." He hurries into the bathroom, by the time she arrives, he's already removed his garb and put on what looks like some sort of clear gas mask that covers his muzzle, but not the rest of his head, he's now pawing at the controls, Just out of reach.

    He tenses up again, before managing to spit out "I.. Will need... someone to accompany me in such endeavors... It's been ages since I last..." The pungent, foul, revolting, and frankly-un-toothsome-anyway-you-slice-it odor wafting off of him finishes that sentence for him.

    "Oh. Well, my name is Vita, Ferrum. I used to be a combat medic for some mercenaries, but after we... Ran.. into that-that thing while s-sailing.... Let's just say I got out for crippling aquaphobia. May I join you folks?" He then steps into the light, realizes he's covered in blood, not water, and calms down a bit.

    A startled yelp is heard from the other room, followed by a squishing sound. A green, vaguely canine creature wanders in, with a spiky mane, a whip-like tail ending in what looks like a leaf with serrated edges, slender deer legs,(though with paws,) and a very scared look. He's wearing what appears to be a buey in-between his head and mane, and some sort of... medical uniform? "Where am I? Who-Who are y-you?"

    Dr. Hayden grumbles to himself, before storming off.

    Dr. Hayden glares at her, then says "No, I can't. That's how my body functions, as much as I hate it, I can't sleep unless everyone else around me does too. Unfortunately, I have very good hearing."

    Hayden barges in. "Hey. Go to sleep. I can't do so until you night owls do so, so please, Go. To. Sleep." he growls, before returning to bed.

    "CAN Y'ALL GET TO [bad word]-ING BED! I'M TRYING TO SLEEP HERE, AND YOUR AWAKENESS IS GETTING ON MY NERVES!!!!!!" Dr. Hayden shouts with quite a bit of fury.

    Mead bush walks into the clinic, he streaches out his wings and notices a lack of chaos pinballing everyone everywhere. "Well, this is unnerving." he states.

    "I'll go with." grumbled Hayden.

    "Manks." he mumbles, mouth full of food. He quickly gobbles it down, then returns to the travelers. "Let's get outta here, this place reminds me of somewhere, Gives me the shivvers... Well, that and, it's cold. I'm gonna head to sleep now." He procedes to curl up somewhere warm and slowly fall asleep. VERY slowly.

    He looks dejected, muttering a sad "aw." he then wanders around, encountering the natives, on whom he tries the same trick. (@Argenti) "Do you have food? Can I please have some? PleasePleasePleeease?" (by the way, Hayden is currently covered in bandages and nasty looking burns, somewhat boosting his pathetic-ness-looking-y-ing.)
