  1. You are in for a wild, wild ride my friend. The Lord of the Rings. While The Hobbit is an excellent book, lotr is what completely reinvented an entire genre. It's also more deeply connected to the vastness of Tolkien's lore and that was my introduction to the wonders of epic fantasy. But The Silmarillion is better than both. Do you own a real, functional sword?
  2. I don't remember. Earliest I can think of is The Hobbit at age eight or so, but I know I read chapter books before then. I just can't remember their names! Have you read the illustrious glory that is The Wheel of Time? Which of the 14 is your favorite if you have?
  3. I suppose so. It's an interesting thread. Have you ever been overcome by emotion while reading a book, and if so what book(s) and what emotion(s)?
  4. Not really. I hate being told what to read. Have you read the Swords online comic?
  5. AMD for gaming, Intel for work. That's what I find their different strengths to be. What is the longest you have gone without reading?
  6. Here is the same, but on Spotify, for those of us who use it. This button.
  7. Oh storms.

    I'm a Lighteyes now.

  8. Alrighty, I'll get right on it.
  9. I can do the same with Spotify, if any of you would like!
  10. Storms storming storm it! I keep meaning to watch this show, but I've never gotten around too it! Everyone I know who's watched it says it incredible. The Chosen is far from the first show I've intended to watch but never did.
  11. Ooh! Ooh! I have a shard of God! Makes me REALLY like breaking things. I found this cool flute that a crazy arrow-faced man keeps asking me about.
  12. Goes great with a toasted bagel or toasted. . . toast
  13. Hate to be "that guy", but technically... that's from the Ainulindalë. But yeah, it's in the as-published Silmarillion. Silmarillion translates from Quenyan to English as "the history of the Simarils", which is the main text of the book, which is in turn preceded by the Ainulindalë (The Music of the Ainur) and the Valaquenta. (The Account of the Valar) Then you have the Silmarillion proper, then Akalabêth, (The Downfall of Númenor) then you have Of the Third Age and the Rings of Power. Within the covers of The Silmarillion, you have the complete, albeit con(dense)d, history of Middle-earth. Tl;dr. Yes, that's from The Silmarillion.
  14. Lamborghini Huracan. Absolutely beautiful car. Do the Questioners put the fear of the Light in you?
  15. If I have any knowledge as to how, then yes. If I don't have any knowledge as to how, I obtain said knowledge. So yeah, I like fixing things. What historical figures do you think would be Knights Radiant and what order would they be in?
  16. By true spren I'm assuming you mean spren capable of Radiant bonds. Inkspren, mainly because I am involved in a hyper-competitive debate league. If you could be anybody, dead or alive?
  17. I have. Saw Maverick in theaters twice, in fact. Have you watched the Eragon movie?
  18. You know you're a Sanderfan when you don't have any more space on your bookshelf because the SA books are so big
  19. PC all the way. Far more powerful and customizable. How long is your to-be-read list?
  20. Not really. I like being active. Have your parents ever banned you from reading certain books?
  21. Here's a Casio watch that needs a new battery. I have a Thaylen-language copy of The Lord of the Rings.
  22. Spanish 1. Where I live, only one full year of language classes are required, so I may not take another year. I'd love to learn ASL, though
