    Monachopsis - The subtle but persistent feeling of being out of place

    That’s the best word to describe how I feel about being a senior. 

    I’ve lived in the same house my whole life, and in about a year I’ll probably move out. It both feels natural for me to be a senior and yet… not. Heck, I’m going to be an adult soon!

    It’s this weird limbo that makes it hard to know what to feel, but what can you do.

      Oh my chasms the super long one that starts with an M but I don’t want to spell is literally me. I have no idea why but it happens with literally everyone, and it must be something I’m doing subconsciously because I don’t know how I’m doing it just that I am 😭

    Nononono… I can’t… I can’t kill anyone else… It’s asking me to, though… is that any different? Mercy killing? Ending its misery? She unsheathed her knife. It’s starving… that will take it eventually. It would be a slow and painful way to go. This would be the merciful thing. She set the point on his chest. “I’m sorry.”
