unghhhhhhhhhh this study hall is hopelessly awkward

we had to move rooms because there's a college visiting in the lecture hall so we're in wildcat III (our smallest gym, it's basically the wrestling room)

for some reason there's turf on the ground and like net cages on the other side of the room 

and the AC sounds like loud crickets

AND I FORGOT MY EARBUDS.

it is, in fact, another day

not feeling super down, but not feeling super great either

feeling kinda just chill

working on my english assignment, which i chose to do creative nonfiction for :3

right now we're just setting it all up, but i can't wait to actually write it

it's about gender inequality, specifically in domestic relationships

totally not just gonna use the first scene of kiesha's novella and just make it modern and work in my sources whaaatt--

*cough*

also i'm going over to my guy writer friend's house today  

i actually just got interviewed by someone about him and his book?? so that was interesting

her questions were really confusing so i tried to just give the best answers i could xD T~T oh well she said the voice recording wasn't going anywhere but i'm sure she'll type it up for yearbook or smth

lowkey weird day

cried myself to sleep last night and got really really really close to SH

woke up with a MASSIVE headache

packed some tylenol in my bag and took it during the day

didnt answer any of my texts or notifs cuz i just didn’t have the energy and i know this is awful of me but i wondered if anybody would notice if i just didn’t exist for a while

don’t think anybody did but whatever it was stupid anyway and all it did was make me really lonely

at least we didn’t do much in rehearsal

i gotta do some homework

it’s too nice of a day to waste inside so maybe i’ll do it on the porch

it’s like a whole 60 degrees

anyway

guess i just came here to say i’m alive

suddenly feeling pretty depresso espresso

i have to go to bed now anyway but

idk

i just wish things were different

i wish i had more hours in my day and more freedom to spend them the way i want to

i don't wanna go to school tomorrow but i don't want to stay here either

i wish a had a little chapter house to run away to and write and draw and read all day so i didn't have to worry about other things for other people

i want the simplicity back from when i was a little kid 

or from when i was being homeschooled

i'm sick of being burnt out

to write or to homework… that is the question

also haha funny story

i got confused over the weekend

cuz i didn’t know why TLT had suddenly gone silent

and then i remembered that i’d just stopped following it

oh and arm art

OH AND ANOTHER THING

while we were at the mall of america yesterday, we went through this really cool, trippy mirror maze

and i forgot the lady said don't run (it's genuinely hard to distinguish what's a mirror and what's real)

and my friend and i got separated from the rest of the group but we found the way out so i started jogging back

guess what happened

you'll never guess

KABOOM

ran straight into a mirror

my knees are SO bruised

they still burn and sting and they're swollen and maybe i'll post a picture of the bruises if you guys want to see lmao

but the maze was still rlly rlly rlly rlly rlly fun

a lil overpriced but fun

when we got back on the busses

all our parents and families were there with signs and lights and cowbells and they were cheering and it was amazing
