That is a good reason to not know it. Can you ask your queen? They are, sometimes we just feel like pointing it out

Having a Bad Day?: Get 'yer Hugs here!!
Immortal Platypus replied to Curious Anamaximder's topic in General Discussion
If it's important enough to talk about, its serious is my rule of thumb. But anyway, good luck getting your frog back. Do you have a pet frog? -
"Wouldn't that trap your power source in with Kaos? And then it could corrupt your source, which would probably lead to you getting Korrupted. The only thing that could trap them semi-permanently would be the crystal plan I should think. If it was a magic prison, Kaos could just corrupt it and get out." Platypus shakes his head and starts fidgeting with his sword. "If I can get enough time, I could probably absorb enough power from things to fill this. Releasing it in a targeted stream could probably stun Emma for a little bit." Suddenly Platypus' eyes go blank and he falls over backward.

*Unsummons Telrao* Don't you want to win? If you summon her, we'll never get rid of her -
"I think that she's probably significantly more powerful than that... Thrill they called it? But in theory it could work. We would need a lot of power to draw her in and a really well formed crystal. It would have to be close to perfect. And it would have to be large enough to hold her. Do we have the resources to actually do this?" Platypus walked back over to the circles. "I don't think Calano is accessible right now. It seemed like the place we were in was accesible from only one location and I don't know how to get back there. Plus Wizard mentioned something about a "Path" so Calano is probably on that. And I don't like the idea of you taking risks that could hurt yourself. You're the one that has probably the most power here, and our best chance at surviving until Calano gets back." "Ok. I don't really know you, but if you're able to provide information, I'm happy to hear you out."

ok Telrao, you can be awake now -
Well, I was meaning if she decides that a judge can't also be the executioner.

"Do we know if it's even possible to save the clinic at this point? Last we saw it was collapsing around us." He glances around. "But for reference, the cracks in the universe don't seem to have any energy to them, they just... exist. I don't know what putting energy into them would do because I got stopped before I tried. I would guess it would either stabilize the clinic, or cause it to fall faster." Platypus gets up and starts pacing. "Emma's too powerful for us to handle right now. We need to wait for Calano, but I don't know how long that'll be. Bookwyrm seemed to have found a temporary, or maybe permanent, cure for Insa. She was Korrupted, and now she's not. But I don't know how it works, or if we could do it."

Great. So if Ene can't do it, and I'm not allowed to do it, I think Calano can do it (unless Kajsa just decides no, in which case, we'll have to find a new judge )

I was, but I signed up to be the judge so I was going to act impartial starting now. Although @Kajsa :) might have just decided that i'm not it would seem Ene is now XD Um... Okay, I guess. I asked her if she wanted to be a jury member, but that's okay. Is it okay if I plan to be the judge if she doesn't want to? if I can't, @CalanoCorvus, do you want to be the judge (assuming it's okay to be both the judge and the executioner)? It might be a little tricky to find 12 people who don't know what's going on that are willing to be jury members. Most of the people that are ridiculous enough to do this are already here. And it might be hard to find 3 defense witnesses. And it might be hard to find 3 defense attorneys. If the defendant (@Wits instant noodles) can't find witnesses, does he just get called guilty? If he doesn't find attorneys, we can provide him with some. We already had @cheeseman sign up to be one if the defendant can't provide them. Do we have any other volunteers? So, I wasn't originally planning on having an actual well-thought-out trial, I was picturing this more like the Salem witch trials (as that's what this is, a witch trial) but if we want to do an actual trial, I am 100% ok with that. I've never been part of one, but it's been a fun idea floating around in the back of my mind. If we do it like the witch trials, can I be both a judge and a witness? If not, I have a friend that might make a 17th Shard account just to be a witness here, so I could still be the judge if that's okay. I have always wanted to be a judge in a mock trial

You could probably join the jury. Or you could be a witness, you spend a lot of time with him. Also, @The Wandering Wizard, I'm not in the PM and I am the judge. Do you want me in that, or is it reserved for jury members? (What I'm really asking is can I please be in it. I love to mess around I can be productive, or I can promise that I won't try to persuade you. Starting now, I will be acting as judge, not as prosecutor and if I get called as a witness, @CalanoCorvus can be my temporary replacement if that is acceptable both to him and the jury.
