  1. "Probably not powers, but... I just have a feeling about this one. I don't think it's useless, and for such a seemingly useless phrase, it sure gets used a lot here."
  2. ok, ok. I guess I didn't see that. thank you!
  3. "That's what people think, but think about Analysis. It closes communication, which is seemingly useless, but it also grants extraordinary powers." "You haven't? I guess Onyx still has it."
  4. I wonder why you thought that I came in by bypassing the chasmfiends. It wasn't a plot, it already happened. I escape and go to the pre-determined lunch area.
  5. Is Sanderson memes about Sanderson or about his works because there is a TLM memes somewhere on here that I think Ene started so... I think this is fine.
  6. Sorry I couldn't finish our chess game on Chess.com, I haven't been able to get on recently :( I'll probably tell you again once I'm able to get on consistently.

    1. The Isochronism

      The Isochronism

No worries, it's all good. It was fun playing you while it lasted! :)

  7. "She might. @Sequence, do you? Does Onyx still have Suddenly, Pineapples then?"
  8. Platypus sighed. "So, are we actually gonna go?"
  9. I believe I got a 48 hour win
  10. I finally reappear from inactivity and plunge into the chaos. I wonder if lunch happened without me, but I didn't notice it so I assumed it hadn't. I summon the Caterpillar and Nerdy and steal the sandwich because logic. As you have been out-logicced, I leave you pondering existence. @Edema Ruh @NerdyAarakocra
  11. You're good. I wonder why you all thought I would hand over the real sandwich from a threat like that. I would never enable someone to continue making such threats. You have all fought over a decoy sandwich and I have long since escaped.
  12. "So you have Character, Rym has Unity, Sequence has... Suddenly, Pineapples, right?"
  13. yeah, I was inferring from the rules. it technically doesn't break them and division isn't technically duplication, but I think it falls under the same category. Also, your example doesn't really work here due to the fact that the sandwich is whatever type you want so it can have lettuce or not depending on who is holding it. What you didn't realize is that the Nightwatcher just got stabbed and killed by tweezers. I was the being you spoke to. I lied to you and as you left, I stole the sandwich from you, leaving your own decoy. Look, stop trying to make it so we can't take the sandwich please. That's not the point of this game, it's to have fun and come up with crazy, wacky ways to steal something.
  14. Like Shortcake said, there is a little arrow at the top right. You could try it on one of these quote boxes and it'll take you to the post. I have no clue if it's a thing on mobile actually.
  15. I wish you people would let me frustrate Cin.
  16. "I mean, I forget what Blades people have at this point. I think Nerdy has Drama, I have Vengeance, and No One has Analysis and I don't know much more besides that."
  17. i didn't think about that, you might be right. Which one? Also, no you don't, I took it. My taking it wasn't based off you not having multiple spren. As you have taken part of the sandwich, that breaks rule number 2, the sandwich cannot be duplicated. Your 5.17543% rejoins the rest of the sandwich in my pocket.
  18. thank you for your generosity
  19. But... it might be funny to see Cin's reaction. If he's still on.
  20. I have a very important question.

Would you call a dwarf planet a type of planet and could be shortened to a planet? As in, it is a planet, just a different subset. Like fantasy is a genre (subset) of fiction.

      The Bookwyrm

...No, not quite. More like planets and dwarf planets are both subsets of a higher classification that is...just...things that go around stars and are sometimes ejected from them that aren't big enough to be brown dwarfs.

If this is part of the "Pluto should be a planet!" argument, then I'm saying that Pluto shouldn't be a planet because then we'd have to make like fifteen other things (and maybe even a hundred; we don't know what's out there) planets.

Instead we should recognize that Pluto can be really cool even if it's not a planet.

It's not part of that argument. I personally am not a fan of the classification (dwarf stars are still technically stars, right) but I accept it. My brother and I were just having an argument about whether or not I could call Pluto a planet. Also, the higher classification you're looking for is planetary-mass objects I believe.

      Thank you.

My answer (though I don’t have a ton of knowledge on the subject) would be that dwarf planets have more in common with asteroids than with regular planets. The asteroids have the asteroid belt, while the dwarf planets have the Kuiper Belt. It’s more complicated than that, but that’s where my knowledge ends.

  21. A voice boomed from the skies, "YOU CANNOT MAKE A RESOLUTION TO THIS THREAD! THAT BREAKS THE RULES!" The sandwich is forcefully ejected from his hands back to mine. Un-The End It's really not that questionable, due to: (slight spoiler, cross-over character that is in Warbreaker and SA)
  22. I say that you should have let me get a 24 hour win again
  23. "No, the Stormlight is Investiture, so when you take it in you are Invested, but before that you aren't. Plus I found a way to not need a spren or an Honorblade." I question how you have the capability to open a perpendicularity as an Elsecaller. I use my Elsecalling to hop into the Cognitive realm and take the sandwich bead from you. You watch as the sandwich floats away then disappears into the CR. (Yes, I'm aware that that wouldn't work in the books, but I have a work-around.)
