    Cora nodded. "Nice. I bet that's pretty... eventful."

    Cora felt slightly attacked but tried not to show it. She shrugged. "I got a job with the right people. And I get better food this way. What do you do? Who are you?"

    Cora glanced at the two of them. "Well, maybe we could piece together what's going on? I usually deliver messages, sometimes supplies, if someone pays me enough."

    Cora frowned. She glanced at the other two people. This was very different. "So none of us actually know what we're doing here? Just that someone told us to show up?"

    "Cora." "Someone opened the door for you? I had to open it by myself."

    Cora waved. "What is happening? Why are we here?"

    Cora smiled proudly to herself before entering.

    Cora nodded slowly. Alright then. Cora stares at the door a moment longer before quietly repeating the phrase she'd been given. "No man or woman born, coward or brave, can shun his destiny."

    Cora slowly approached the building. Sure, she'd been given plenty of cryptic instructions before, but this was like a whole new level. She had no idea what to expect or even truly what she was doing. A large part of her was screaming at her for being stupid, but the curious part had won this battle, so here she was. She slowly looked over the building and the entrance, trying to decide what to do next. An idea popped into her head. She moved forward and gently knocked on the door.

    Hello friends! 

    I have had an interesting morning. Interesting week, really.

    But today I walked into the MC (which is where all the food services on campus are) and I don't know something about the building made it feel really familar and safe. It took me a second to figure out what it was. It was the smell. It took me back to like moments where I felt safe.

    So later I intentionally cut through there to get to another class and had some time so I decided to get a bagel sandwich and a soda. And it took longer than I thought.

    And that's why I was nearly late for Algebra.

    Worth it though. Very good bagel sandwich. 

    Anyways. I wanted to check in with everyone!

    Maybe like a message/supply runner. She wouldn’t necessarily work for any one group but only because she was involved with the right people the first time and so she’s know as someone who can be trusted just enough for the tasks they give her? If that makes sense? Oh that could be fun

    Hello y’all.

    Hope y’all are having a lovely morning!

    I just wanted to point out that now that I’m at college no one can stop me from eating pumpkin things which may or may not make me sick. 

    This morning I had a small loaf of pumpkin bread. It was delicious.

    Yesterday I had a pumpkin cinnamon roll. 

    I’m too far away for anyone to stop me and it’s awesome. 

    Do I regret my choices? No.

    That’s all.

    The portal dropped them in a small forest. A silence hung in the air. It was so heavy that it almost seemed to dull the colors of what otherwise would have been a pretty vibrant forest. Through the trees, a small cottage-looking house could barely be seen. "That's Ian's family's house. They're the most likely to help us. The Head tortured and murdered their son. He was found on the edge of their property."

    Insa pulled something out of the air and handed it to Aventine. It looked a lot like a flash drive. "This will give you the information you need to help us on the outside. Right now it has everything I know about what's going on in Palli and when we get more information it'll add to here so you can have a more organized look at everything." "Now sound alright to you?"

    Insa gave Pic a little bit of a weird look but nodded slowly. She turned to Ash, "Feel better." Ash nodded. "Alright then. Elan and I will go. Aventine and such will stay. The best spot for y'all would probably be the library. That way, if we need to log information or find information, you're ready. I think that's all. Anything I need to cover or needs to get done before we go?"
