Cora nodded slowly. "Okay then. I'll help."

"What's the likely consequence for me if it doesn't go according to plan?"

"Okay, so if I help you, you have food or money or something that I get? And then when this is all over, this will all be better, or at least that's the plan?"

“How would we go about doing that? You still haven’t given us a reason to trust you. How are we supposed to get everyone to do so?”

“What would I have to do? Do you have an idea at least?”

“Like a big pieces or lots of tiny pieces? Also if I’m working for you on this where am I getting food from?”

“Do you even have a full plan? Or just a vague outline?”

“Why would anyone trust you?”

“How?”

“How?”

“You’re being so vague I almost don’t want to listen to you at all.”

“Change what?”

Cora glared. “Yeah I saw that. I meant why are we here. Why did you want us here? What do you want us to do? What will we get out of it?”

Cora slowly moved forward again. ”So what’s happening?”

Cora’s eyes widened and she backed away further glancing back and forth between the two.

Cora took a step back quickly.

“Are you gonna come down?”

“Why are you up there? And why are we here?”

“Who are you?”

Cora jumped and looked up. She squirted into the darkness trying to find the source of the voice.

"I mean, technically, you did learn something. Or did you mean learn something about something specific?"

Cora nodded. "Well, the note just said we should get to know each other, right?"

Kora nodded slowly. "Fair enough. Well... we did what it said."
