Okay okay so went to the doctor a few hours ago and got home a few hours ago too but here's what she said.

1. I can go to high adventure
2. Try to walk around (no crutches!!) (Also really hurts sometimes)
3. But keep the crutches on hand just in case or for when I'm tired
4. No climbing which I'm gonna assume means no dancing
5. Up the painkillers
6. Dont be stupid or crazy
7. Listen to the pain
8. If it's not improving in two weeks we need to go back and then they'll send me to different doctors (probably) for further examination
9. She's pretty sure I just strained it

So anyways I'll disappear again Thursday to Saturday cause I'm going to high adventure!!!!
