  1. Laegon inspects each one, looking for anything that looks or depicts anything old and ancient.
  2. Unsure of what to do, Laegon makes his way to the left door. He gives a shrug to Autumn and opens the door, axe ready to swing.
  3. Three doors appear at the end of the hallway, and the two suits of armor return to their resting place. "oh." "I feel like we shouldn't be doing that because we are all going to die."
  4. "What do you want from us?"
  5. Laegon raises an eyebrow but does not comment. Laegon tenses up and readies his axe. He does not move, but instead takes a defensive stance. "Ghost."
  6. "Yeah yeah I'm the big guy with the axe and thus it is my responsibility to be the first one to die. I get it. We've all seen those poorly written horror stories," Laegon mumbles as he stepped up to the gate.
  7. Laegon watched the juggling with mild interest. "...So you just carry those around?"
  8. "So, what are you going to practice? What kind of activity would require going deep into the forest?" @Ookla the Magician
  9. "If there's a 'ghost' here, why are you coming with us? Won't it 'attack' again?"
  10. "Nah, not really. Think syrup without the sugar, and kinda bitter. The texture is worse. A little gritty sometimes and glues your teeth together." Laegon quickly pulls his axe from his house. "What... have I done"
  11. Laegon sits up. "Hold on, pinecone eater. I'll go with ya. Got a bad vibe from an omniscient voice in my head. Probably just hangover stuff but still" He exits the bar and follows Autumn.
  12. Laegon walks into the door frame with a loud thump announcing his arrival. His form, clothes included, was wet from a dip in the river in an attempt to try to wake up, which failed. A hand on his head, trying to squeeze the pain out, he slumps into a stool and groans frustratedly to Mike. "I thought that stuff was distilled."
  13. ...Laegon's hand falls onto the spot where the person's shoulder would have been. A slurred jumble of "Aeurghrssgei bosmipfths dearghhh" fell from his lips. He patted what he thought was a shoulder (It was a branch) and stalked off towards his house. He swung his axe towards a support, embedding the head into the house's corner. He falls dead asleep for the rest of the night, right there in the doorstep.
  14. Laegon hefted up his "weapon" and walked towards the person, and stopped about a foot in front of her. He lifts a hand....
  15. "..Lllll Oh this? Yeap. Quite the beaut. Cuts through a lot of things. Wood. Bbone. Ta name a few." Laegon wasn't trying to threaten to the newcomer but that was proving quite difficult. "Anywhays. Wanna see me fight?" He says, grinning at the thought of finally cutting a tree down .
  16. Laegon stumbles out, mumbling about stupid rich people. After a while, he spots a person he doesn't recognize. Which isn't really surprising considering the fact he's drunk. "Wha... Heyy. I dont know you. Like at allll." He leans on his axe. @Canada Lover
  17. Nodding and pretending that I know what all those words mean
  18. I'd bee interested in this, count me in
  19. Laegon covers his head with his hands and takes a few steps backwards, out of the tree's reach. Then a few more. Before long, Laegon made it back to the tavern. He sets down his cup and lets out a sigh. "Your distilled, weird juice still makes the trees angry and upset at me. What doesn't anymore."
  20. Laegon stares at Chiyo, then back at his cup. "Excuse me one moment." Laegon reluctantly gives up a silver coin, collects his axe and exits the bar. Cup in hand, Laegon rounds the back of his house and finds the tree from earlier, and splashes his drink into the trunk.
  21. Laegon leans towards Mike. "I'll bet a silver she doesn't keep it in," he mutters. He sips his own 50% alcohol drink.
  22. Laegon blinked. "...I think it hurts." He settled in his seat. "If you're so curious, why don't you try some? Might change the way you taste things."
  23. "I'll take it distilled today." Laegon takes the cup with only slightly shaky hands. The smell of sulfur always brought him back to his time in the army. Startled, he whips around and spills a drop of next to Chiyo's foot. "Hey, careful! ...I, uh, the closest other tavern here is the river." He holds up his warm cup. "Mud water isn't as good as molten metal though. Name's Laegon, welcome to town. I've seen you jumping around before."
  24. Laegon raises an eyebrow, but doesn't comment on their entrance. "I'll just take the 'special brew', thanks. How much is it again?"
  25. Laegon enters the building, setting down his axe by the door. "Barkeep, it's not too early for drinks, is it? I have quite a bit of time on my hands with these dumb trees."
