    He added a slight breeze and a table full of food, then some music notes from a bird in the tree. This was fun. Almost like being a Narrator. She listened closely and joined in on the second chorus with a high, clear harmony.

    “I woulda learned, but my parents said I could only learn ‘useful, orchestral instruments’.” He drew a tree for shade, and then a sun.

    “Ohh, fair.” He thought, then drew a slightly larger than normal stoat to keep her company. She raised her eyebrow. “You sing too?”

    “The sight of a demure lady sitting at a harp or piano takes precedence over a violin. Plus, pianos are everywhere, so playing one is almost a necessity.” He grinned. “Can I come in too?”

    She squeaked happily and snatched it. “Thank you!” She happily perched on his head to eat it. “Where we going?” Bat slumped, letting out a relieved sigh. “No, I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have panicked like that.” “I played harp.” She made a face. “And piano. Mom wanted me to learn violin, too, but let me quit after a week.”
