A voice calls out on the speakers again. "Saffron Iguana, this is gamemaker Calliope Nefeli speaking, and I am here to inform you that if you ask for water again, there will be severe consequences. On first offense: a falling tree will break your foot. On second offense: you will fall ill. On third offense: you will attract shades anywhere you go. On fourth offense: five tributes will be ordered to attack you. On fifth offense: you will die. All punishments will be discussed further by the gamemakers. Just a reminder that we are in charge, sweetheart." Callie was hear blowing a kiss and the speaker turned off.

Callie's voice plays through the speakers, alarmingly cheerful. "Alriiight! Some action- some blood- some death! Congratulations to the remaining tributes. Just remember: There are two free shelters left. How to claim a shelter? Kill a tribute! That is the only way to claim a shelter! And trust me.... You won't want to be using the communal shelter soon enough. It's such a shame whats-his-name and whats-her-name died, they held such promise. Anyway. Haave fun, and the clock is ticking. How will you entertain us?"

"You base your delight on empty threats, Siylna," Calliope scowled, though there was a noticeable smile underneath that she was trying to hide. That shelter is free, but you need to kill someone to claim it. Kill another tribute, and it's all yours!
