Very understandable. Still think that you deserve a bit of a bigger role. You're an amazing singer and actress. But I know that you'll do amazing as Annette, and I'm so excited to be doing this with you!! We're in the same ensemble!!  yay!! This is going to be an awesome couple of months haha we're going to have so much fun together!!   You're going to have to help me with the choreography hahahaha that was a struggle!!!

I get that. Ensemble is exhausting, especially when you’re hoping for a better part. Just remember the cookie and brownie analogy: if you need cookies, you’re gonna buy cookies, even if the brownies look amazing. Directors are looking for something specific, so even though I’m sure you’re awesome, they might be looking for something different, and that’s ok! It doesn’t mean you aren’t talented, but it is annoying.
