  1. Wait really? I thought that was for people who got their account in 2019 or earlier. It ended, so I didn't get to claim my code for free Bedrock edition anyway.
  2. True It probably is possible to include fractures in the shardplate when it gets damaged.
  3. You could go into your files and edit a texture pack or edit the default pack without code. I use Krita for editing texture packs. Mods are different though.
  4. Yeah... establishing rules is the first thing you should do when it comes to Minecraft servers. I was still establishing the rules and invited some online friends I trusted, but they invited a whole 10 more people to the server and things went crazy. Even greifing and being outright rude (I mean very rude) to other members would make them mad once I banned them because it "wasn't in the rules yet" lol.
  5. If you want to join this stormlight-themed photoshop competition here's the link:

A minimum of 7 players is needed. Once 7 players are reached, there is a 48 hour period in which you can join. :P

  6. Spider solitaire Would you ever thru hike the Appalachian Trail?
  7. Yes. I can't give an example but yes lol If you are still in high school and have a school chromebook/laptop, is the 17th shard unblocked on yours too? I'm quite surprised, since mainly everything is blocked on there. Even educational sites that would actually be useful are blocked somehow :/ P.S.- soz for the specific question, I'm curious
  8. I've only had tea once, but I would likely prefer sugar. What is your least favorite pizza topping?
  9. Probably Benedictine monks cantillating Christmas verses (my dad plays it every christmas morning). If you had to live off the grid for several months, what location would you choose?
  10. A bit of a tangent: Yup, and when you don't know how to make friends and other people talk to you, but then you realize they have a much larger friend group beyond you and very close friendships. Mind you I really appreciate them, but it's hard to fit into large groups once you are introduced to them, and I don't know how to make close friends with people, especially in high school :/. Frankly the only person I can talk to ends up being the person who introduced me to their friend group. Anyhow just thought I'd share my greif over high school friendships lel
  11. I'm not very fond of action scenes in books or movies. Albiet, there are exceptions because I actually quite liked some of the duels in stormlight (such as the shardbearer one in WoR with Kaladin or a couple with Szeth). I don't know if this counts too, but I liked the scenes with the fights against the chasmfiends. You practically always know the protagonist will win in books and movies anyway. P.S. - Yup, even when sanderlanches mainly consist of them. P.S. x2- I haven't yet read the full mistborn trilogies.
  12. Yup, I have conversations in my head all the time. Of course, as Tom Scott puts it, I cannot realize if it's turned off because I, unlike some people, cannot make the conscious choice to turn it off. Perhaps when I'm focusing hard on what someone is saying my inner monologue shuts off without me realizing?
  13. I recently figured out (in fact it was yesterday) that my friend has both aphantasia and the inability to audiate in their head. I additionally found a video about hyperphantasia (a heightened visual experience) and aphantaisa, relative to a readers experience while reading fantasy:
  14. Hmmm... I wonder how confusing it would be if you didn't have an inner monologue, and ran into one of the characters italicized thoughts in a Sanderson book. lOl
  15. If you've been homeschooled and have been in public school, what are the things you least liked about public school and what you most liked about homeschool? I'm quite interested in the benefits of it all, rather then merely for my parents religious values. Do you get to learn more because you go at your own pace? P.S. -as noted before my parents are thinking about homeschooling me, and I'm in highschool currently.
  16. Kind of? We don't do science experiments enough at my school. I mean fun in a sense that physics and chemistry are so much more interesting lol.
  17. Biology was very boring. Don't worry, science gets more fun though.
