Yep that's valid. And I think videogames are generally better than just youtube or whatever, since you are actively doing tthings and using your brain.
Def fair xD I wrote my journal in Womens Script (from stormlight) for like a year and a half so my mom or siblings wouldn't be able to read it if they found it lol
Exercise, friends, and music are all great The gym is always my go-to therapy (My usual pair of gym sweats say "Iron therapy" on them lol) And listening to music, even sad music, can be super helpful. Many people with depression report slightly lessened symptoms after listening to sad music, because it fosters a sense of validation/solidarity, because you know others feel the same way as you
Yep! No one's brains are the same, so there's no one-size-fits-all way to recover/cope/rest for everyone. My suggestions are just general suggestions, and you should do what works best for you!
