  1. FSY is awesome. If, by some chance, you're at the same FSY that I was at, say hi to Coleman and Seth for me.
  2. Time to reveal it.

I have been reading Secret Project 3 and...

    ...

    .....

    ......

    I hate it.

Now, wait, don't just click out of the tab angrily, ranting about how the random person online is completely wrong. There's more you need to know

The above statement "I hate it" isn't what you think.

It is true, but it is misleading. Very misleading.

Now, see, if I give more context, it makes more sense.

I hate "It", the movie adaption of the bestselling book by Stephen King.

    I love Secret Project 3.

If you think about it grammatically, it can make sense how I was talking about two different subjects altogether in one sentence, though putting in a comma or one of these (;) things would've worked, but I wanted to get some people casually mad at me for a few sentences-

    because why not?

    *cheesy smile*

The book, sp3 btw, is great so far. I've been loving the story, the character interactions, the art is phenomenal, the world building is wonderful, the characters are a pure delight, the dialogue is hilarious...

Ahh, but I still hate horror movies. "It" specifically.

To clarify, I've never seen "It" fully, just some clips, a trailer and the like. I despise it.

This has been your latest of "Thaidakar making people mad at him as a joke."

Tune in next time for Thaid's opinions on the word: Undulating. *Sean Astin style*

      ...

      true-

just, something important about me changing, something about me that I find important- I suppose... It just would feel unnatural to change it.

      Yeah, I get it.

Yeah, I was going to make a certain analogy, then I remembered that it wouldn't be taken in kind and probably isn't wise to use...

  3. Shadow walked over to Nameless and whispered something in his ear. A question to know if he was right about Nameless's identity.
  4. Shadow grinned, "Had to make sure... Nameless, I swear, Thaidakar's Author stops throwing in characters for a bit and suddenly everything's a mess... Do you perchance have any idea how to solve all of this through Narration and such?"
  5. Shadow grunted, "Micheal... make sure I don't... die..." Shadow promptly let sleep take him.
  6. Shadow gritted his teeth, looking around the base swiftly, "I'm here." Though said softly, the words echoed, shaking dust off of objects and the walls. "If you want me, I am here."
  7. Shadow grabbed Micheal by the arm and said, "We're going, now." He pulled out another device, tossing it at the wall. It faded in with the odd melange of colors that made up the wall. Micheal gave Shadow a questioning look, "What?" "We're going to Moni." "I thought we were doing that already? Weren't we going to ask Thaidakar?" "Not anymore." They left in a swirl of darkness, reappearing in Nameless's old base.
  8. Shadow grunted, ripping a small device from his pocket, stabbing it into his arm, stabilizing his being as he strode towards Micheal.
  9. Shadow stood silently in the crowd, staring with an odd look at the Narrator on the stage, Thaidakar Von Kelsier, former vessel of Adonalsium. Every being, person, character, narrator, etc, seemed to be holding their breath. Thaidakar frowned, turning to the door at the side. he had just made the announcement that his son was going to be speaking to them. But Spook wasn't there, not yet. Shadow made a motion to Micheal, the quiet man standing beside him, notifying him to stay there and watch. The entity melted into the ground, the shadow flitting between the feet, claws, tails, etc. of the crowd. Shadow slid under the door, forming again into a man. Inside, he saw a pale-faced Spook staring at a painting of a child, a young man and a beautiful woman. Except, their faces were gone and blood was smeared on the woman's dress. Shadow regarded Spook with an odd look, "What is this?" The Heir to Narration jumped, turning to Shadow with a look of pure terror, "Sh-she..." He pointed at the blood smeared on the woman's dress. The being bit his tongue, staring at the blood... no, it wasn't a smear, it was words. "I'm alive," He quoted the words. "What does it mean?" Before Spook could say a word, the door burst open. Thaidakar strode in as if he owned the place, a man and a woman trailing behind him with oddly garish clothing upon their persons. "Why aren't you out there, Spook? I told you to-" The narrator froze in place, staring at the painting. Silence permeated the atmosphere before, finally, Thaidakar said hoarsely to the two beside him, "Burn the... the picture..." They nodded, marching to the painting. Before Spook or Shadow could do something, they'd pressed a device into it, turning it into ashes in a burst of flame. "We will not speak of this," Thaidakar said cooly, adjusting his collar, his mask of calm tightly wrapped upon his head once again. "It means nothing." "I saw..." Spook stated quietly, an odd look in his eyes, "I saw something in the picture." "You saw nothing," Thaidakar said, a slight waver in his voice. "Nothing. Nothing has happened here. Now, what we're- Shadow?" Shadow smiled softly, "I am here, Thakandar." Thaidakar frowned, "You mean Thaidakar?" "Yes, of course." Shadow said softly, observing Thaidakar's reaction. No, it wasn't him, it couldn't be him. He was bitter about how people regarded him, but surely he couldn't be behind all of this. "I will be leaving..." Shadow flitted under the door before anyone could say anything else. As he entered the crowd again, voices echoed from the room behind. A voice whispered in Drilk's ear, Feanor's "Kill Thaidakar. There is a mordite blade hidden in the ruins of the city, Kalithor, in the hidden chamber at the green and blue gazebo. Good luck, my servant."
  10. Yo, there's something I've been wondering.

Any chance can I change the content of ebooks for private use? Like, for example, removing swear words and inappropriate stuff so that I can enjoy the books more? I'm assuming not, but if I can, Wheel of Time will be on my TBR.

    1. The Paradoxical Phenomenon

      The Paradoxical Phenomenon

I assume it would be possible. I’ve heard of this being done in movies, removing swear words and sexual content. I guess I’ll keep an eye out to see if there’s something like this

Thanks, cause I want to be able to make my own, private vers of WoT so that I can read it without feeling guilty about it.

    3. Lego Mistborn

Depends on if there is DRM on it. If there is, you're out of luck.

I always try to just skip anything I don't want to read about.

  11. Feanor watched them for a moment, then... "I will reveal it when the proper time comes... For now, I have business to do." Darkness shifted as the being was taken away from their presence.
  12. Gosh... yeah, I'll get it to you sometime, but it'll take awhile
  13. Yeah, you'd only know it if you'd read like the last 1000-1500 pages.
  14. Do you mean like Thaidakar's last name? If anyone asks, it's in relation to Spook knowing Kelsier, and not Thaidakar stuff. And, in TLT, Kelsier is the name of Thaidakar's father. It was a gag for a bit.
  15. He stood in front of the mirror, adjusting his bow-tie, a nervous smile on his face. Heir to Narration, Spook Von Kelsier, gazed at his reflection. Ah, the lengths he'd gone to get here... The Narrator nudged the charm bracelet on his wrist, rubbing a specific one of a sword. It was almost time. Thaidakar was going to introduce to most of the characters, avatars, potential narrators, beings, etc, who their Author had been Authoring or had been rooted to it to stay in this realm. For some reason, he felt like this was where he truly became a Narrator, when he truly became his father's heir. In the reflection of the mirror, the door opened and Thaidakar himself strode in confidently, wearing a sharp blood red tuxedo and fashionable shoes. How much Spook hated that man... that man for all he'd done to him, for all he'd done to TLT, for all he did. And, yet, somehow, he felt an ounce of love for the man who had deemed to call himself Spook's father, despite it all. Of course, Spook would never tell anyone that, but it was, still, truth. And, the Narrator thought absently, truth was the god he worshipped. "You seem almost ready," Thaidakar said with a short, awkward smile. "They're ready to see you any moment... son." "Don't call me that," Spook said sharply. "Just... just don't. Call me Spook or relation, if you must. Never 'son'. You lost the right to call me that long ago..." Spook grunted, fidgeting with the cuff of his suit. "Don't monologue, someone might think you're a comic book villain or something," Thaidakar ordered naturally, ignoring what Spook had told him, in the arrogant way he talked to everyone, the way that made it seem like he assumed he was the best in the room. Spook wanted him to know he wasn't. "It's imperative that you impress them, otherwise they might eat you alive or something. They aren't fond of me, and since you're my son..." "If they try, I can just tell them how much I hate you too," Spook said stiffly. "I'm not your son, for the last time." "Fine, fine..." Thaidakar said, nodding as if he understood his son perfectly, which he didn't. The former vessel of Adonalsium adjusted his collar slightly, emeralds and rubies appearing in several locations upon his tux. The way he primped and preened, dressing in the pits of fashion... Spook despised him. "Still... are you ready for this?" Spook hesitated, fingering the tip of the sword charm in his right index finger and middle finger. Finally, he nodded, "Yes, yes I am." "Good... I'll introduce you first, then you come through the door, got it?" The arrogant fool asked, though not toned as such. Before his former son could answer, the Narrator strode out of the room, leaving Spook alone as half-hearted cheers erupted from behind the door. Spook turned to a painting on the wall, one that he knew Thaidakar would avoid looking at... at all costs. It was of a woman, a woman who neither of them would talk about, much less to each other. Spook's mother and the love of Thaidakar's life. And the love of a former friend of Thaidakar's life. It was a sore subject, such as that it was never brought up before in TLT, and if anything similar to it was, it was probably a fabrication made to make the truth easy upon its narrator. A fact that was part of the reason why Spook worshipped truth before anything else. Truth reigned for him. Lies were his enemy. Thaidakar was his enemy. Spook sighed, pouring some water from a basin that had been lying on a hutch, hugged against the wall, onto his head. With a small puff of Narration, a comb formed in Spook's hand and he began brushing it as the water drained from his suit. The suit adjusted itself as Spook did such. Spook found himself gazing at the picture. Thaidakar, the woman and Spook stood together, laughing. And... there was a shadow behind them in the picture, with glowing red eyes. Spook felt a cold chill run down his spine. He blinked, and the shadow seemed to be gone. There were three holes in the picture now, where their faces were. Behind him, Spook heard Thaidakar's muffled voice say, "AAAAAAAANNNNNDDDDD... ANOUNCING, MY SON AND HEIR, SPOOOOOOOK!" Spook didn't move to answer the call, staring at the picture. In blood, one sentence was spelled. One sentence that changed everything. On the caricature of his mother, the following words were written: I am alive.
  16. "They present a very real danger. Shadow is going to find Moni, and through Moni, the Nameless One." "Boring is relative."
  17. Feanor made no expression under their hood, "Kill the Shadows, as many as you can. They must not get in the way of my plan." Speaking of Shadow, the pale, suited being sat in a flying limo, Micheal across from him as the giant sets of wings flapped on the sides of the vehicle.
  18. The hood of the cloak was swept aside as the blue energy came closer to the adventurer, revealing a face. A face that revealed a lot. The adventurer's tongue was refrained from saying the name, nor their attributes, but it revealed so much. "What's so threatening about you?" Feanor strode closer, whispering in the adventurer's ear, "I know that you'll be the method of my destruction. I was told that you would if I let you... I have to remove loose ends so I can kill the five, finally. Do understand, please... Say hi to Lindy for me." And, smiling, Feanor stepped back as the blue energy hit the adventurer, unravelling the adventurer's very being into a state where it could be sent to the place where it can never be returned from. "A shame..." Feanor said, lifting their hood once more. "I liked him."
  19. It wasn't the same place the Brave Adventurer and Feanor were, it appeared they were in the bottom of the Shattered Plains, glowing lichen seeming to have climbed onto the walls, scratches all over.
  20. Feanor lifted a curling, pale finger towards the adventurer, "No. I do not want you dead. I only want five people dead, and you are not one of them. But, need and want are two different things indeed." Something flew as if in slow-motion from the being's finger, something blue, something powerful. As if frozen in time, the adventurer couldn't move, except for his mouth so he could speak. "You deserve your name, Brave Adventurer. But, as I have read in a book, Bravery and Stupidity are very similar."
  21. "You can call me Feanor," the being said lightly, moving forward. As it moved, the cloak shifted shapes, its look constantly changing. "It fits well enough."
  22. A dark figure stood there, twisting shapes form its cloak of midnight, undefined features within. An inhuman, unidentifiable, voice whispers, "I've been waiting for you."
