    I watched Hamilton for the first time last night!

    I know, I'm like 5 years late. 

    Some thoughts:

    I loved Jonathan Groff's performance of King George - it was both believable (given what I know about his mental state at the time) and hilarious. Da-da dey daaaa, dat da-da-da dey da da dey dat dat da-dey da-da!

    Anyway.

    Leslie Odom Jr. as Aaron Burr was almost equally amazing. "The Room Where It Happens" is going to be stuck in my head for a very, very long time.

    If I had one problem with it, it would be this line:

    "25 essays, the work divided equally between the three men."

    Excuse me?

    Excuse me?

    I know it's for historical accuracy, but they at least could have lampshaded it.

      Hamilton is awesome, but me and a friend had a long-standing feud of which is better: Harry Potter or Hamilton, and I was 100% on the HP side until I actually watched it a year later, then I was only 97% on the HP side.

      (I can be a bit stubborn when I want to.)
