These are so good. I used the last Aether of Night one in my print copy. I added a back cover with a blurb.

I figured out how to turn it into an epub using a website called reedsy. I just had to go chapter by chapter and fix the formatting issues (which was fairly annoying), but it only took a couple hours. If you want a print version I recommend using Barnes And Noble Press. It's super easy to use. I used a cover made by LewsTherinTelescope and made a back cover for it. I'm planning to start formatting the White Sand Prose or Way of Kings Prime next.

If I put Aether of Night into EPUB form and fixed all of the formatting issues, would I be allowed to post the fixed version somewhere on the 17th Shard for people who have trouble reading from the PDF or with formatting errors? Also, I love the Aether cover. Could I use it in the fixed version?

So my dad has been doing quite a lot of research and came up with these theories. I think that these are some of the most probable of the ones I have heard thus far: - Odium killed Tanavast but did NOT splinter the shard Honor - Dalinar constantly hears ‘Unite Them’ (clearly not the splinters to reform Honor) - Dalinar: “I am Unity” - Odium is afraid for only the second time - Odium: “No, we killed you. WE KILLED YOU!” Predictions: - Here Odium is referring to Adonalsium, not Honor - Unite Them refers to shards, not kingdoms or people - At some point Dalinar becomes a united shard (Unity), and the big conflict between Roshar and Scadrial is Unity vs Discord (who we’ll see Sazed/Harmony devolve into in Era 3) What do y'all think?

I think it’s a solid theory. But in the excerpts and probably in the book as a whole, Brandon seems to be introducing some forms of old magic. Is it possible that the bond between Maya and Adolin be a result of the return of some form of the old magic?

Something I just realized is the power of the Bondsmith has some connections to the sealing power, or the power to bind things in both heaven and on earth. Or rather the power to make and enforce oaths.

So I'm writing a newspaper article for my school paper about Brandon Sanderson. Does anyone have a reckoners logo drawing or clipart that I could use for graphics? I would of course credit you in the paper. Also why isn't there an official logo for Reckoners? Thanks, Fallen_Jedi09

As a member myself, I would say that the concept of becoming gods in Elantris is very similar to transfiguration in the scriptures. The fact that a person can become an elantrian overnight or “in the twinkling of an eye” sounds like it came from Brandon’s background. But it may just be one of those subconscious references.

I read Aether of Night almost a year ago now, and I still want more from this book. I want to know what happens next with Raeth and how the Fell Twins fight. Although it wrapped itself up nicely with a cliffhanger, I still would like a little glimpse into these characters. Honestly, Raeth is one of my personal favorite characters that Brandon has ever written.
