  1. "Umm," Borodin hesitated. "I think we were talking about this n-new leader. Has he made any new laws or policies?"
  2. Borodin watched the fight, intrigued. As Catorphia turned the corner, chasing the thief, he spoke. “Should we…help her?” he asked, hesitating. Just as he finished his interrogative, Catorphia returned. “Never mind,” he said. He looked at Catorphia. “Well, that was interesting. Did she just take your knife? What just happened?“ @Condensation
  3. Mahler patted his bird affectionately, then told him to hush. "We need to be quiet if we want to succeed."
  4. Oh my gosh, this is exactly what happened to me last year. This is not a fun situation to be in, especially if you do end up liking them. I basically did everything wrong that was possible to do (ouch!). I'm blushing furiously even thinking about it. I don't really have anything meaningful to say except that if this is you, I emphasize with you. Good luck!
  5. No problem! I'd also love to be tagged when you do.
  6. Borodin nodded. "No, no, that makes a lot of sense." Borodin noticed a shadowy figure creeping behind them. "What's that?" he asked.
  7. Ooh, if you do plan on posting it, let me know! I'd love to read it!
  8. However, as he stared at the words, he discovered a hidden meaning.
  9. Borodin made sure his eyes were colored a warm sunset-red, and readjusted his posture. "I like red. It's the color of fire." He grinned, trying to act like a fire-bending fool. Was that laying it on a little thick? Nah, he told himself. Red-eyes act exactly like that. "What about you?"
  10. Jazz Band, anyone? Big band or small groups?
  11. Borodin nodded. "So what are you doing around town? And who's that person back there that I just seem to have remembered exists?"
  12. Harris walks in, realizes he missed a lot, and becomes confused. "Did I misunderstand this whole thread?" he asks.
  13. Borodin turned bright red. "N-nothing," he said.
  14. "R-right," Borodin said, stuttering. "So who's in charge now?"
  15. "I'm Boro-" Borodin stopped short as he realized that it would be unwise to divulge his identity. "Boro's my name."
  16. "Because those nachos are the sole reason why this universe hasn't collapsed yet."
  17. Borodin paled. "Who's this youth? What's his name?" Borodin thought for a minute. "And, for that matter, what's your name? Who are you?"
  18. Harris looked back at Fred. "No, I'm afraid that isn't possible."
  19. "Maybe," he said, then reconsidered. "Actually, that might help a lot. So who's the new mayor?"
  20. George walked into the scene. "What strange place is this?" he asked. He walked out, shrugging.
