  1. "Don't know why they would fight against us in the first place, we keep this counting city from falling apart. What's so bad about a mafia anyways?"
  2. Arthur furrowed his brow. "I don't know much about those folk. They are very secretive and small from my understanding; other than that, I don't know much. I'm going to assume that they are opposing something, although if they're opposing us, then they aren't doing a good job at it."
  3. Arthur smiled. "I'm a clerk for a Mafia, so I think that I'm not exactly the best guy to give advice about morals. Do yourself a favor, never get involved with the Death Angels, they will destroy you and everything you love."
  4. "Hmm, well I suppose there might be a lesson or a moral to this whole situation; let me know if you ever figure that out. Besides, I wouldn't be worried about the Mafia. I would think that a Cult of Death is far more dangerous."
  5. "Yes, it does seem like you've found trouble. Now, what is this about a scabbard?"
  6. Arthur nodded. "Yes, I see the logic behind that. Regardless, you're going to have a hard time in this city."
  7. "Yeah, right behind you. Absolutely can't wait!" Pior quickened his pace.
  8. "Ah, prophecy. Isn't splitting up typically a bad thing in any scenario like that?"
  9. "Well, he just came off that way to me. Where are your other friends, those who would send you here with just one other person?"
  10. "'Friends,' plural? I thought it was just you and this Ellis idiot."
  11. "Oh, right. Well the, welcome to Numbetmorn, the 'little' capitol of Regio. I doubt anyone will give you a welcome tour if I'm being honest; besides, the city is quite dangerous even for the more seasoned citizen."
  12. "Hmm? Where's what?"
  13. Facepalm. How on earth did I forget her?! She's great and I simply forgot to put her down since it's been a hot second since I've played Fallen Order.
  14. Spoiler free opinion. The episode was too short for its subject matter. I would have definitely preferred it if this episode was 45+ minutes. Spoiler time.
  15. Arthur took a few pages of paper and a pen, he then handed them towards Melody. "Simply add up the expenditures listed on the paper and be sure that they total to the number at the top." Arthur then went back to his papers. He then spoke without looking up. "So Ms. Melody, where are you from?"
  16. "I'm working on financial reports. I guess you might find those more boring."
  17. "You could help me if you want something to help you stay off boredom." Ah, Arthur.
  18. "Might be a few hours, or might be all day. Bottom line is that he's going to be gone for a while; although he is working for a good cause." Could be, or he could be trying to mislead you.
  19. Arthur perked up at the mention of his name."Hmmm? He didn't, I simply told him what he needed to do before I would fulfill my end of the contract."
  20. Arthur sat at a desk and started to work on paperwork, seemingly consumed by his work.
  21. "Or it's to your advantage to do the letter of the contract. But I'm not here to discuss morality or Theology; I have some paperwork that I must attend to. Feel free to talk with me as I do it, but I might be distracted."
  22. "I believe that the spirit of the contract is what should be enforced, which might be a bit controversial in my workplace, but it's what really matters in a contract."
  23. "Not exactly. I'm sure there are those who think monetary gain is the best, but the division comes along with the fine print so to speak. One of the most important parts of doctrine of the Counter is that of the contract, as this is how you get gain. There are two interpretations, those who follow the letter of the contract, and those who follow the spirit of the law."
