"We have to move." The man ran towards the lifeboat with the smallest amount of regard for his personal safety possible.

"Hold one moment." The man turned away from the group and took a deep breath. On the exhale, the air in front of him rippled with heat as his armor rather quickly stopped glowing from the heat. He then walked up and grabbed Kane, putting him into a Fireman's carry. "Everyone else has evacuated, we need to move."

"We have no time, get onto the Lifeboats now."

The man was on the verge of pulling the trigger before stopping himself at the last second, he then shouted at Kane in his gravelly voice. "Identify yourself!"

As the body went limp, the man quickly reloaded his gun before turning it on Kane.

Because of the shifting of the boat, the man wasn't able to dodge quite in time. Fortunately it only scraped his armor. He continued to shoot at Trace with not much regard to accuracy besides shooting in Trace's general direction. As he shot the gun more and more, his armor glowed brighter and hotter.

The masked man nearly fell as the power shook the boat; he just barely managed to catch himself in time before lining himself up to take more shots at Trace.

The masked man charged straight towards Trace, firing rapidly as he went. With every shot that he fired, his armor plating started to glow more and more with an orange hot glow.

The masked man jumped into action with his armor on, drawing his sidearm. He aimed it directly at Trace and squeezed the trigger.

As the captain dove straight down, he couldn't find where the man had gone. He shouldn't have sunk that far. The captain spent an alarming amount of time beneath the waves before coming back up, being sure that he wouldn't hit the ship. When he came up, the masked man had prepared a way for them to get anyone out of the water, but only the captain returned aboard. He spoke between gasps for breath, "gone, I'm not sure where he is. Can't find him." The masked man turned to Cadenza. "You're sure it was your friend, Lloyd?"

The captain barely got out the words, "sinking, fast," before he took in several deep breaths and did a headfirst surface dive to try again. The masked man started to shout orders at the sailors, who all did as he said with a slight hint of fear in their eyes.

Being a Navy man, the captain was a capable swimmer, but the man was going down far faster than he should have. He had to give up quickly to rise back up to the surface for air. By the time that he got back up, the masked man had finished taking off his armor with other sailors arriving with floatation devices. The man kept his bronze mask on as he shouted to the captain, "where is he?!"

Both men arrived on the deck in seconds, running towards Cadenza where the call was raised. They looked over the edge before the masked man started to take off his armor as quickly as he could; the captain had no armor on him, and so he dove straight into the water, diving down to reach for Lloyd.

"Doesn't matter, whatever you know, you know. So I think we should use what you know while i-" The captain snapped up as he heard the call of a man overboard. Both the masked man and the captain rushed out of the room to get to the deck.

"Then tell me, do you have names?" The captain glanced at the masked man with a worried look.

"Then everyone has been saying you know who this mysterious enemy is, have they not?"

"You are Aryanna, are you not?"

"So you work for this 'Project Silavei,' anyone else involved in a hush-hush operation or project that I need to know about?"

"Simon, is that Dr. Pearce?"

WHO SUMMONED M- Oh, well then. thanks for directing me to this.

The man frowned, but remained standing. "Well, this is all definitely over my head. That is, if what your saying is even true; I still need to run this by my commanders."

"They are explaining a threat greater than the Talon, is this what your mission was?"

Ros nodded. "That seems like a good place to take the second step."

The man appeared to be having a hard time following. "Answer me as straight forward as possible, who is it that is making these artificial souls?"
