  1. Catorphia stopped as the thief turned the corner, quite audibly cursing herself for allowing the thief to get so close. She glared after the thief, but she was ultimately grateful that she hadn't worn her preferred weapon. She then decided to stab the next thief she saw, just in case. She made her way back to Kuno quickly, cursing herself for leaving him for so long.
  2. Catorphia dashed forward, she kept her eyes at a constant flair as she seemed to be able to move slightly faster than the typical yellow eyes. Her clothes flowed around her as she raced after the thief, making fairly good ground as she kept her eyes flaring yellow. Her eyes betrayed an intense and powerful focus as she glared after the thief, determined to not allow this culprit to get away.
  3. "I'm assuming that Catorphia can deal with it, she's quite skilled in that regard. If not, then running would be pointless. That is, of course, assuming whoever it is is hostile."
  4. "My favorite color? It might sound a bit cliche, but I find myself loving the color white. The reason is quite interesting, while it appears to be the lack of color that gives us the amazing clarity and purity that we identify as white, we see that when light hits the purest of crystals just right, it unleashes a plethora of colors. All of those colors being released by the light, united and pure. I guess it sounds silly coming out like that, but I guess that I just find it fascinating." In response to Writer. The woman, while seemingly focused ahead of her, reacts with superhuman speed as soon as the knife leaves her person, spinning around and trying to snatch the thief's hand as her eyes flair a bright yellow.
  5. Kuno looks back at the woman following them. "That, my friend, is Catorphia. She is an avid fan of me staying alive, and so to keep me in that state, she follow me everywhere. I did happen to notice that you asked two questions, but I'll answer the second one anyway. I'm a traveler if my amazing apparel hasn't given that away, and I just happen to love the human world. I believe it's my turn, what's your favorite color?"
  6. "It's quite alright if you want to keep your secrets my friend, especially with how this town now hates the old mayor even more than before. If I were you, I wouldn't go around telling everybody that you wanted to talk with him. If I recall, conversations are meant to be two way, and since I just asked you a question, I believe that it's your turn now."
  7. "I'll be honest, I don't remember his name very well. I'm fairly sure that it was something like Ewald. I could be wrong though. Besides, what business did you want with the mayor?"
  8. Pior shook his head. "Straight to the action again. I've gotta few things I gotta take care of around town before daybreak then. Besides, I can never rest easy before a good fight, not after my back injury." Pior flashed a cheeky smile at Aerith before darting off to tell the other men what was happening.
  9. Pior looked towards Aerith. "Well Fire Boy, looks like we got another job, and you said there wasn't anything exciting in this town."
  10. "There are Amal involved boss, specifically the kind that we can kill."
  11. "At least i'm a functioning drinker, Kluf ain't even got that going for 'im." Pior looked over at Yain. "I don't even know why we still pay the guy."
  12. Pior turns to wink at Kimora "He hasn't let me in on his tricks, but I'm a quick learner."
  13. "Well Boro, it's a pleasure to meet you. I believe that you asked about the mayor's name, correct?"
  14. Kuno let out a laugh. "I'm sorry, I'm just getting a sense of Deja Vu, I am called Kuno my friend. Do you perhaps want to share your name?"
  15. "Not her boss, the other one." @DramaQueen
  16. Kuno started walking, he motioned for Borodin to follow. Catorphia kept a careful eye on Borodin, but decided to follow anyways. Kuno looked to Borodin. "You get out often? Because he's the guy who kept preaching against the mayor in the marketplace. He's quite the young man, took charge after the mayor was found dead. You're probably lucky that you weren't there, they would have killed anyone who looked even slightly suspicious." Pior chuckled at that comment. "She looks as if she could use a few more years in her mother's place if ya ask me." Pior stood up, looking quite well organized despite how much liquor he'd managed to put down. "Fire eyes is back boss, and he's got us a new employer."
  17. "As I said, last night. Someone got into his manor and killed him. The townsfolk walked in to find him lying in his own blood. Unless you want to talk with the new mayor, I doubt there's much for you at the Manor. In fact, you look like you could use a good walk, I find it calms and clears the mind."
  18. "Then this time ain't gonna count. Now, where is that crystal munching brute we call captain?"
  19. "Still waiting on the words, you know you gotta say 'em right." "My friend, where were you all of last night? It was quite a big deal you know. The mayor turned out to be an Amal, caused the how town to practically explode."
  20. Pior shook his head. "I'd remember something that monumental no matter how drunk I'd be. I doubt that you'd apologize even if you were drunk."
