Okay, wow. That is an argument that I had definitely not heard or considered before. However, maybe that could be a part of helping each other heal? Like you mentioned, as well, though, Adolin felt like he should be the one protecting her, not the other way around, while Kaladin was more than willing to let her join in the fight. Yes, he is protective, but not in a way that I think would be unbearable to Shallan, especially if he manages to help her heal. But, yeah. That could definitely be a huge problem haha.

I definitely now ship Shallopen! That is pure beauty. I just feel like Shallan and Kaladin would be able to help each other with their issues, and improve together. Adolin isn't flawless, but he had a pretty happy, normal childhood without trauma, but Shallan needs someone to confide in who understands what it felt like to have that trauma. Some of the people I have debated about this with have said "Kaladin only likes Shallan because she reminds him of Tien." Tien was the only person who was able to make Kaladin truly happy, so he definitely deserves someone like Tien! I've never really considered Jasnadin, but I guess it could be a possibility... I tend to focus more on the ships that Sanderson creates, and there hasn't been much potential romantic hints towards Jasnah and Kal.

I can definitely see SpookyBoi being a good anime character. I would love to see like an entire anime tv series focused on him. seriouslyineedthatsomeoneneedstodothatpleasemylifewillbecompleteandicandieinpeace

Sorry this is like a super late response, it was past the middle of the night where I am. From the Shallan/Veil one, I have a question: Do you ship Shaladin? (Shallan with Kaladin but I'm sure you know that.) I have never met anyone else who does, and I always get into huge arguments over it.

I definitely consider myself a fan, and I really enjoy being able to geek out with other fans. Like I said, I'm good at avoiding spoilers, plus, even if I do get spoilers, I have a really crappy memory, so I'll probably forget them before I get to the parts that were spoiled. What books in the Cosmere do I have left to read?

I will try to give you a list of the Brandon Sanderson books that I have read: The original Mistborn trilogy All of the released Stormlight Archive books Warbreaker Skyward/Starsight The Reckoners Trilogy Alloy of Law (I just realized that I have only read the first one of Wax and Wayne, at least that I definitely know of, but I thought I had read shadows of self) Elantris The Rithmatist White Sand (just the first one) Legion I'm pretty sure I've read Edgedancer, but I might not have? I think thats mostly it? I feel so uncultured ahhh Which books do I still have left to read in the Cosmere? Is it just the rest of the Wax and Wayne series or am I missing wayyyy more?
