  1. oops for some reason i read that as "Voters:Target" instead of "Target:voters"
  2. The Jeskeri-Korathi win is the only win that requires trust. All the Korathi Cultist needs to do is vote on you and then the Korathi have their win, and the Cultists can take their win with their kill. Safest option. While you may kill yourself in the doc, if you dont, then either you have a complete win or the next day its a vote tie between you and the korathi or Cultist (depending on who got lynched) EDIT: let me just add that the Korathi-Cultist win requires no trust at all, as it is in the Cultist's best interest to lynch the JP
  3. AAAAHAHHAAAA Twice I've been in a tie, and twice I've lived. I am extremely lucky. wow. okay. *relieved sigh* *Deep breath* Mist
  4. I have a friend that I think is the same, except they got on the shard and participated minimally in a SE game once. then they never came back. :P. Sorry for this post there's nothing relevant here
  5. It was a joke about Pyro saying NW but not Pacific. Not important Personally, I know no one here, as the only two people I know who read Sanderson are the people who introduced it to me. the PNW is a big place also even during the school year my sleep schedule was usually 12-5
  6. Lol whoops I thought I grabbed it from my post didnt even realize that lol
  7. That was why I doubted you, I just didn't want to say anything on it really. Anyways- TJ Shade Sure why not that's enough reason for me to not want to kill you right away If anything I guess I should be sus on Pyro for seemingly thinking I roleclaimed, but Pyro is so chaotic I'll never know what to think.
  8. You don't like the idea of roll claiming based off quoting wording in the GM PM but you find it tantalizing that it's not allowed? (also relieving, I see)
  9. Well, okay depends on what we're talking about. I do mind taking direct quotes about my alignment and putting them here (something I apparently don't have to worry about now) I don't mind them asking I do think TJ is kinda suspicious for asking, as either he thinks/is trying to check if Research Intern is a role, or He knows Research Intern is not a village role, and is trying to get me on saying it is. As I don't see how anyone could know that their alignment assignment green/red thingy is the only wording of it I am inclined to lean towards thinking him suspicious. Idk i have nothing else to go on for the time being and plenty of time to switch my vote
  10. I mean, the "(sorta) new player" is me, and I don't really mind. I guess it could potentially be distracting a bit but I...I don't think so? final last words before I get lynched for that though
  11. You know, giving you the answer to that could either incriminate me as a Elim if I'm an elim and don't know the correct wording, or it could give the Elims what might be the proper wording for the village faction. so, for now I guess- TJ Shade
  12. Ha Ha very funny we're all research interns o_o (I have no idea a good emoticon for a straight? face) Or maybe you're a very special "underpaid" coffee run intern ...We are all interns...aren't we?.... also if anyone actually sees this let me know somehow wait in all seriousness we are research interns aren't we? I'm rereading the rules and am confused. it says researchers, it says we're all unpaid interns, but in response to a question...ahhh...wait...no now i'm more confused. that's fine, I guess that's a big part of this game :P. EDIT: Also I thought Elkanah said that there were two factions, the Ashyn interns and the Silverlight interns? could there be a third/fourth/(fifth)? group that they havent' said anything about? Wow i'm going to take it as a good thing that the first three games I play all have different PM rules.
  13. I feel like we're getting very off the (is there a topic?) topic, but...erm...sorry? saw your username at skyward book signing Seattle on Arcanum. Also knew someone there who saw you. so... Im gonna try and have fun this game and not stress. I mean, of course I don't want to make my teammates lose, that would be kinda rude, but anyways. yeah. Also probably won't post any RP stuff because I'm still experimenting
  14. Acha Acha, but are you from the pacific northwest
  15. That seems...idk. You're talking though, so I'm inclined to think you're village :P. P.S: I,too, live in the PNW, I just...go to sleep around...2am...instead of...8/9/10... So I will be up for rollover but probably not on for the first...and...third? quarters? of the cycle? If I did that right. So...nothing significant. Anyways-
  16. @Mist in that scenario only the JPs and Cultists win, not the Korathi. all three factions would have to die out on the same turn, which I can only see happening with This round - Lynch KC, have the JPs kill one of their own, cultist kill a Korathi Next round - The JP kills the cultist, you lynch the JP/Korathi, Cultist kill the remaining one. 0-0-0 That relies on the JPs not just killing the last cultist which they definitely wont do because that would win them the game a round early, so, yeah. Not doable.
  17. Explain how it would work, because the only way I have been able to think of is trusting the JP not to take the game before everyone else which is not something I would ever trust.
  18. Wow okay that was a stressful wait for me. And here I thought robotics would be the most stressful fun I'd ever have I decided to use the time to try and cook off the stress by making a custard. Unfortunately I have no clue how to make custard so I ended up with some milky scrambled eggs and a side of slightly eggy milk. Anyways, well, we're at 2-2-2, so I don't see an ending to the game where one faction doesn't have to let another win unless the JPs don't know who the last JC is We lynch a JP, the cultists kill a Korathi, and the JPs kill a Cultist (1-1-1) We lynch a Korathi, the cultists kill a JP, and the JPs kill a Cultist (1-1-1) We lynch a JP, the cultists kill a Korathi, and the JPs kill a JP (1-0-2) (Korathi win) We lynch a Korathi, the cultists kill a Korathi, and the JPs kill a JP (0-1-2) (cultist win) Idk I think that any way things happen we will probably go down to 1-1-1, and then The Korathi decide if they want to help JP kill the Cultist, the cultist decides if they want to help the Korathi kill the JP, and I guess the JP and Korathi both decide if they want to let the cultist kill both of them.
  19. I think in terms of just plain power, that Dalinar is at the top, but in terms of who has the most control over their power it's Jasnah and Szeth.
  20. I- *sigh* I've lost the game...
  21. I'd like to know what @StrikerEZ and @Young Bard think, as they just seem to have latched on to other peoples ideas every time they voted.
