Then we use it as a final move. Use the spy to get in close, then strike.

Good. We can use that. Give it to the spy. "Haly, no- We aren't doing that."

Calano nods, gazing around at everyone in the room. Ranryu, Emma, Thaidakar, Bookwyrm, Haly, and himself. Not many people. "It can't be any of us. We need someone new."

Calano blinked, popping back into conciousness. He stumbles, putting his hand to his head. "Sorry," He said, "Blacked out there for a second." He looks around at everyone. "Plan?"

Calano glowers at the terminal. Then he sees Emma's smile. "What're you smiling about? You're up to something, aren't you?"

All of the above postings by me are still canon, but will be going through changes after I finish writing the first draft of Verdur 1. The rest of the Koverse will be on hold until at least midway through production of the first draft of Verdur 2, as by then, I expect to have a decent view on the worlds and universe as a whole, and can loop more Koverse-heavy topics into Verdur 3. The Koverse and the Verdur Trilogy combined is my biggest endeavor EVER. I can't wait to finish and share it.

Hi everybody! It's been a while, and y'all haven't heard much about the trilogy. I've mostly been ignoring the project, because I didn't like how it was going, and I was experiencing heavy writer's block. But we all experience that at one time or another, so I wasn't worried. I remained patient, and thought up many ideas, which I wrote down and sorted through to find the gems. I've made some major changes to the way it's organized, the way the plot will form and go, as well as geological, political, and social norm changes to the in-world environment. I've also decided that the currently posted works are now considered "Drafts" and are not canon, nor accurate, according to the updated terms. I will not be posting any works made after this post, regardless of how cool they are. Any other posts of anything will be at solely my own discretion. I hope all of you are still as excited for the Verdur Trilogy as I am, and it's already been a hell of a journey creating a good environment to craft my stories. Thanks for reading, and I'll see you all in the next update, which will probably be around when I've written 1/3 of the book. -Calano

Calano walked over, turned off the cat memes, and put in the data chip. Holograms appeared of the chicken takeover, Lark poring over documents in Calano's office, and chickens wandering the halls. Calano cursed, punching a fist into the terminal, denting it. "This will not stand. We must do something."

Calano looked up, hearing Bookwyrms voice. Got it. We'll be there shortly. He turned to Emma ( @The Wandering Wizard) and said, "Something's come up. We've gotta go." He looked down at his uncle, who glared up at him. "Sorry, Uncle. We've gotta go." Then he grabbed Emma's hand, fell into the shadows, and appeared in front of Bookwyrm. "Show me. Now."

"Barely funny." Calano retorted. "What the hell is going on?" Asked Calano's uncle, "I was taking a perfectly good nap." "Hello, Uncle. What's been going on the past few centuries?"

The unconcious person rockets awake, almost skewering themself in the process. Calano grimaced. "Do not ever remind me of that day ever again. It took me forever to wash out the smell." Then he looked at the forcefully awoken person. "Uncle." He said, nodding hello.

Calano looked down, pawing at the unconcious person. "So they are. Care to wake them?"

Calano mentally searches the world for familiar minds, and latches on to one nearby. "Follow me," He said, running in a new direction, "I found someone."
